Both bedrooms have mountain views with access to the deck! The cabin is located less than 10 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and is also just a short drive to Pigeon Forge and Great Smoky Mountains National Park!

⁂ THE CABIN
Large, open living area with fireplace, comfortable seating and Smart TV. The cabin has an open floor plan with the living area and kitchen in the same area. There is a dining table just off the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with everything you need to make your meals inside, or enjoy a cookout with the BBQ Grill and outdoor dining table on the back deck. There are two spacious bedrooms, each with an attached bathroom. There is a Washer and Dryer available for your use and the cabin also has free High Speed Wi-Fi!

Outside, you`ll find plenty of space to enjoy the breathtaking views! The back deck has comfortable furniture, a dining table, sun loungers, and a hot tub to soak and relax in.

* Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.
* There is a strict no-smoking policy.

* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps/shampoos, and detergent. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to purchase (or bring) additional items.
* The fireplace is unavailable April 1st - October 1st (Standard for cabins in the area)

*If you have a group larger than 6, our sister cabin `Sunrise Ridge` is located almost directly across the driveway and sleeps up to 10 additional guests.

* This property has an outside surveillance camera facing the driveway area.

* The last 1/4 mile to the cabin is uphill. We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
*There is a strict no-smoking policy. This includes inside the cabin and on the patio/deck.
*There is also a strict no-pet policy in place.
Any guests violating these rules will be assessed an additional $500 cleaning fee.
