Stuga med vacker utsikt, om "lugna sidan av Smokies"

En charmig och vacker stuga med äkta, rustik delad loggkonstruktion med söta omgivningar! Har en mycket vacker utsikt. Stugan ligger i ett stugby, men oroa dig inte, det är mycket privat. Den har en egen stor uppfart och är belägen utanför vägen vilket ger det en del mycket orolig lugn och ro. Kabinen har en stor täckt däck med en gunga, sittgrupp, två gungstolar, gasgrill och privat badtunna.
Kan inte beskriva hur vacker utsikten är härifrån !!!
Inuti stugan hittar du ett loft sovrum med en mycket bekväm king size-säng och ett halvt bad, byrå och armoire.
Nedre våningen finns ett trevligt vardagsrum med en sextio-tums plattskärms-TV, DVD-spelare, gratis WIFI, Comcast-kabel. Kabinen har central värme och luftkonditionering och är mycket välisolerad för värme på de kalla dagarna och nätterna på vintern. Och för att hålla dig cool på de heta dagarna och nätterna på sommaren. Det finns också en gasbrännare med kamin.
Köket är fullt utrustat för att laga mat för din älskade, inklusive diskmaskin, sortiment, mikrovågsugn, brödrost, kylskåp, kaffekanna och mer.
Badrummet i nedre våningen har en badkar / dusch combo och tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Det finns också en stor whirlpool bubbelbadkar för en sen natt blöt !! Har också en full storlek biljardbord.
Windancer ligger i en timmerstuga som ger dig tillgång till säsongspoolen och det täckta paviljongen.
Townsend erbjuder många underbara saker att göra. Här kan du simma, cykla, slinga, fiske, åka ridning, ta vackra bilder med fantastisk utsikt över bergen och floden.
Townsend har också konst- och hantverksbutiker och flera bra restauranger och kyrkor. Bröllop och evenemang Plats ligger ungefär en åttondel mil från stugan.
Stuga är ca 5 - 10 minuter från Great Smoky Mountain National Park och Cades Cove entré. Och cirka 30 till 40 minuter genom de vackra bergen för att komma till Pigeon
Forge och Gatlinburg.

Wonderful view and peaceful setting. Convenient location to Townsend and the national park. Comfy bed, and hot tub was nice. Pool table was quite worn and positioned where it was hard to play from every side. Overall a great place to stay.

We had a wonderful relaxing time here at the cabin. It is exactly as described. The views are beautiful. We got to see a bear stroll through the property. We enjoyed some meals and drinks at Peaceful Side Social, Apple Valley, Mountain Brothers Brewing and at Wild Laurel Golf course tavern. Great location for a stress free, relaxing vacation! You definitely want an AWD vehicle to get up the drive.

Amazing views

The drive was uphill and steep with limited views no fault of the host. All wheel or 4 wheel is suggested. Great communication with host. Amazing views. Great variety of restaurants to visit. 1st time staying in Townsend and will be staying again.

Great Cabin for Couples

We were looking for somewhere small and somewhat secluded to spend a few days away for our anniversary. The cabin was exactly as described, very clean and just right for a couple. It would’ve been a bit crowded with our kids, but for just the two of us it was just right. If we were getting away just the two of us again, we wouldn’t hesitate to rebook Wind Dancer.

Driver beware

The road leading into this rental is a narrow very steep road. My front wheel drive car could not make it up to this cabin after a short rain shower. I have driven with this car in the mountains and up and down switch-back and fire trails and have never had an issue. This is very steep with sharp turns. We ended up pulling into another cabin, walked up the rest of the way, packed up and found another place to stay.The cabin was basic with a nice view.

Breathtaking

The cabin itself was clean with an incredible view! The drive up is intimidating even with 4x4, but the view was worth it! The water pressure isn’t all that great, and the bed wasn’t comfortable at all, but the view and the privacy compensated for those!

Bronco super celebration meet

This property has stunning views, is very clean and so peaceful! The drive up is pretty steep, but once at the top and at the cabin there was plenty of parking for us. I highly recommend booking of you want to be close to Townsend and The national park, yet feel so far away with how quiet and tranquil it is.

Amazing cabin with a secluded mountain view!

The cabin met all of our expectations. It was clean, secluded, and had an incredible mountain view. The location was perfect for exploring the great smokey mountains and the town of Townsend. It was a steep drive to get to the property but we had no trouble in a subaru forester. I would highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful Anniversary Getaway

The cabin view was amazing. The cabin had everything we needed and was lovely and clean. We enjoyed the hottub with the cool evenings. Lots of food, coffee shops, and grocery store close by. The only two things we noticed is the bathroom fan may be about to die. It was alternating between loud and normal and the loud was a little intense.The other thing was the beautiful bathtub looked so clean and I was thrilled to have a soak. When we went to fill it up, there was some debris and hair floating the water. It seemed to be coming from the spout. The actual tub looked clean. Honestly, I could have just wiped it out, but I didnt want to bother draining and refilling. No stars lost on either of these items, just mentioning it for awaremness. Would absolutely stay here again. mentioned for awareness. it. adie.

Mountain cabin

Drive up to the cabin was pretty challenging. We were “home” every night before dark because of this. Nice place overall. I would like to stay lower and closer to the river next time. We tried to leave the cabin intact. Seems like the owner has had some problems with renters in the past and her written communication reflects that. Made me a little nervous about leaving things perfectly. Jacuzzi was really nice.

Lovely cabin

Super cute cabin! Great view! Has close cabins but offers privacy! The owner is very communicative and responsive. The drive way is terrible in the rain and that is the only down fall. We managed though and it felt like the perfect get weekend getaway for me and my husband

Adventurous

Getting to the cabin was an adventure, husband and I was amazed how they even built the cabin there but once you get there it is absolutely AMAZING! The cabin was beautiful and had awesome views. My favorite part of the cabin was the loft where the bedroom was. I don’t sleep very good anymore so I wake up a lot and when I would you could look out the picture window and see the lights from Townsend below. It was breathtaking. We had to cut our trip short due to a problem at home but hopefully we can go back. The Cansler’s were so nice to work with. We just had a great experience 🙂

Little get away

The cabin is very nice, clean and adequately stocked with all we needed for our trip. The view is beautiful! The climb up the mountain to the cabin was a little tough. We have an extra cab long bed truck and some of the turns were sharp and hard to see over the hood of the truck, especially at night.

Peaceful Mountain Cabin

We loved the cabin! It was perfect for our family. When we go to the Smokies we want a cabin with a view, and this one is exceptional! We liked the open concept with the big windows to look out from the loft bedroom. Our son loved the hot tub and jacuzzi. Be prepared the road to the cabin is steep and you’ll need a 4 wheel or all wheel drive. But this is expected to be able to get this kind of view.

Cabin with a view

Cozy one bedroom cabin. Great place for couples. The drive to the cabin is like others have said, it’s steep. The scenery from the back porch is breathtaking. During the day, you can hear a bell chime on every hour from the distance. As far as wildlife, there are a lot of squirrels in this area, and seen a bear on the drive to the cabin. Would I stay there again if the opportunity presents itself? I would stay here before anywhere else. Very peaceful and quiet place.
