Beläget nära toppen av Bluff Mountain, perfekt för en smekmånad eller romantisk tillflyktsort. Njut av den magnifika utsikt över bergen utan att behöva lämna din Smoky Mountain stuga. Fat Bottomed Ekorrar är ett 1 sovrum, 1 badrum, studio stil stuga ligger cirka 5 miles från downtown Pigeon Forge. Det finns fenomenala vyer från denna intima stuga - du kan se för evigt!

Stugan är en studio timmerstuga med en stor rökig bergsutsikt. Njut av det täckta däck med utsikt över miles, badtunna och kolgrill (kol inte medföljer). Inuti finns massiv, handgjord queen size loggbädd. Stugan har ett fullt utrustat kök med diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, kaffebryggare, Keurig. Den har en trevlig öppen planlösning med plattskärms-HDTV med kabel, DVD-spelare och Netflix, vedeldad spis (BYO ved) och alla sängkläder tillhandahålls. Naturligtvis finns det rinnande vatten, central luft / värme och höghastighets WiFi Internet.

Njut av bekvämligheten med sevärdheter som Dixie Stampede, Dollywood och The Christmas Place.

Vägen upp till stugan är mycket STEG. Tillfartsväg till denna stuga är asfalterad men har en lutning. Vi kan göra det i en Prius utan problem. Denna stuga är inte för den mindre äventyrliga typen. Om du vill vara nära shopping och platta vägar är det inte för dig. Om du vill vara nära parken med en fantastisk utsikt och vandring i närheten ... titta inte längre!

Motorcyklar och släpvagnar rekommenderas inte. 4-hjulsdrift rekommenderas för negativa vinterförhållanden.

Mountain retreat

The porch and the view are worth a million. The whole point of our vacation was to turn the phones off and relax and the porch over looking the smokies was the perfect spot.

Amazing place...

Great place. Requirements for 4-wheel drive in other reviews are a little overstated. Its a steep hill but you'll be fine. Barely heard anything from the neighbors. It's a very quiet spot and an easy drive to Townsend and to PF. Everything you could want and the views from the porch made getting up earlier and having an extra cup of coffee well worth it. Definitely would stay here again. Oh, the mama bear and her two cubs....that's why you go to the smokies. Such a treat.

Fantastic getaway

This place is spotless, on top of a mountain (don’t mind the exciting drive up a steep hill), and has stunning views. Hot tub is perfect, the place is tidy, clear and frequent coms with the host who is kind, and even the campfire spot was ready to go. Right near Dollywood, the Island, and some zip lining. Fantastic place.

Fantastic Experience

The cabin was super cute and has been updated since the pictures online were posted. The log furniture in the listing photos no longer exist. The cabin was clean and offers superb views of the mountains! I would absolutely recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a quiet getaway! The hosts were always extremely communicative!

This was my very first experience using VRBO. My wife and I decided on staying in a cabin for the first time in pigeon forge and decided on this one based on the previous reviews of other guests. Every thing about this experience was terrific! The cabin was beautiful. The check in experience and communication from the owners was nothing less than excellent. The view was beautiful and the cabin was welcoming and spotless. From the moment I booked our reservation, I instantly received a welcome note from the owners with all the information we needed. I received the address location and directions to get there, the wifi password and cabin door code information with 24/7 assistance in case we needed anything. Cell service in the cabin was great. The hot tub was great. The mattress was extremely comfortable. This was an amazing experience for my 25 anniversary and my wife and I would definitely choose this cabin again and can absolutely recommend without hesitation.

Cozy and private cabin with amazing view!

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin. It was extremely clean and well kept. Communication with the owner was easy and prompt. The view was amazing and did not disappoint. We look forward to spending time here again in the future.

Needed Reset

Very clean and private. Decided to hit the tail of the dragon. Did some traveling through parts of the Smoky mountain 1000. We had some furry visitors on one night. The next morning we left for town and found them down the hill at a neighboring cabin having a picnic with the trash. Overall it it was great. We would come again.

Amazing view and so cozy

This cabin was amazing. I loved everything about from the beautiful view to the amazing hosting. Me and my girlfriend stayed for two nights and we both had a great time. The cabin was very clean and well kept. We loved how close it was as to everything while also being tucked away to ourselves. The steep roads scared us at first but after the first time going up it wasn’t that bad I recommend turning off over drive if your car has that feature

Perfect Get-A-Way!

We completely enjoyed our mountain get a way! The cabin was perfect for the two of us, and perfectly located to go do anything we wanted. Spending time on the porch and looking out at the mountains was a huge highlight of our trip!

Amazing view and peaceful property

We loved it! We booked this location for our birthday, me and my wife share the same birthday and decided a smoky mountain trip was something we needed to experience. Staying at the Fat Bottomed Squirrels cabin was amazing the view in the morning is incredible. Its location was perfect for a short drive to everything but secluded from almost everyone. I will be recommending this location to all my family and friends. The hosts are incredibly responsive and loaded us with all the good spots to eat explore and relax during our stay. Cabin was clean and appears to be extremely well maintained. Five stars from us for sure!!!!
