Short trip

This was a great little place to stay during our short trip and amount of time we spent there. Wish we couldn’t hear the upstairs dogs running and barking as much at bedtime.

Christmas Vacation

We loved our stay. Everything we wanted and or needed to enjoy our stay was provided. The location was awesome close enough to all the attractions and stuff but far enough away to avoid a lot of the traffic. The only thing I didn’t realize was it was the bottom floor of a house not the whole house until they sent me check in information but it was big enough for everyone to enjoy our stay

Convenient to everything!

Spent a few days. Good location for exploring the area. Close to Gatlinburg and waterfalls. Lots of things to do! At the end of the day the hot tub was relaxing. Would love to stay again!

Short stay. It very nice

Absolutely loved staying here. It was close enough to everything but still away from everything. Only suggestion is better lighting outside at night. It was kind of creepy for this city girl at night walking the dog. But the house was just as advertised and the beds were ohhhh sooooo comfortable. Will definitely look into staying here again.

The place was nice. When we booked we didn’t realize it was a duplex. I wish that was on the first line of the description. The upstairs neighbors were very noisy. They were up stomping & a kid running around before 7am every morning. I understand the host cannot do much to control that however we reached out to them about the noise & never got a response back. Over all, the home itself was nice.

Nice weekend

Rented to celebrate 18th birthday with my daughter and friends. Location is great, close to town but also nice and quiet! Home has all the essential necessities and we easily prepared meals during our stay. Only critique at all was that hardwood floors were pretty dirty, not noticeably dirty but our white socks were casualties….overall was a great weekend and host gave perfect info ahead of our visit! Would book again next time we are in the area

Momma Happy

This was a time for me to take a break from work and life in general. I only live an hour away, but this home was everything I needed! I don't get these getaways very often, so it was great!! I stayed in the lower level of the home and it was very clean and very updated! Definately worth it!

Extremely clean property! Beds are very comfortable! Water pressure is great! Hot tub is hot! Heat was great when coming in from a frigid time at The Island. I will say we were a tad disappointed that the listing is shown as entire home when booking and then the description states lower level only. However, the location and comfortability of the property made up for that and was perfect for 4 adults and 2 children! If you are staying here with littles just be sure to watch their fingers in the sliding barn doors as they move quickly! There is some previous wear and tear aesthetically but as previously stated the cleanliness was great and it did not seem like the property was just forgotten and uncared for. The door separating the levels was locked well and we did not worry that anyone would be coming in from the top level! Overall, we had a wonderful time!

Great time!

Overall had a great time! Nice area but is pretty small! Would rent the property again but would have probably rented the top portion out if we had realized it was a split level. We had issues with the hot tub warming but wasn’t a big problem for us since we didn’t use it much! Property owners were very quick to get back to us and have someone come look at it

Short stay

Location was good and accessible for many places. I don’t like that you can hear everything from the upstairs duplex. A family with young children were staying above us during our stay and the little ones would run around all night stomping . As a parent I get it but as a family on vacation that wasn’t pleasant and made it hard to sleep.
