The property is very quiet. We were fortunate to view the bear family from the deck on a couple occasions. Location is very convenient to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Gatlinburg area.

This was a 3 bedroom chalet and it exceeded our expectations. The location was what we was looking for. We saw 8 different bears. Walter was exceptionally quick replying to every message. We hope to stay here again and again through the years.

This home was fantastic. It’s quiet, incredibly secure, and very easy to get to. The location is perfect—close enough to town for quick trips, yet far enough away to feel peaceful and private. The property was spotless and well-equipped. We will definitely be back! Appreciate Walter's hospitality. Highly recommended!

The road was terrible was told needed pool passes and none was available at the house dryer had tons of lint in it we cleaned it but was still so bad we had to spend 3 hours with a lit roller and tape to get all the lint off our clothes the washing machine wouldn't turn off unless we did it manually. Was very upset with our stay and will never rent in this area again

Everything was as described. Close to everything and very well equipped. Communication was impeccable. Had a few questions and were answered immediately. Would highly reccomend this host. Hope to return again.

Clean home, easy check-in, good location and responsive host. I recommend the property to families, we enjoyed the pool table and gamin console, was warned about bears and got to see a few curious guys. Were had a great stay!

The cabin was nice could use a new cleaning service but loved seeing the bears of a morning walk thru the yard .. this morning they came up by the hot tub on the porch and we watched from the patio doors ... we had a great family weekend.

This property is very outdated. When we arrived there was a huge spider in the bathroom. When we started to set up the couch which let out into a bed there was a dead touch on the sheet. Later during the week a mouse ran across the floor. The property needs a much better cleaning service. Apparently the owner does not live in the location of the property, because if he did surely he would see the condition of the property.

This is a great house for a very relaxing mountain vacation! Just minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. The location is beautiful. You feel very secluded and it's so quiet. The king bed downstairs is so comfortable! I had the best sleep that entire week. Great water pressure and lots of hot water. We only used the downstairs areas, but the upstair bedrooms are very roomy. The pool table and video game machine were fun on a rainy afternoon. The balcony is a nice sunny place to sit and read a book. Yes we saw bears! But they do move along. We did find bear paw prints on our car door one morning. No food or wrappers inside. Thank you to the host for sharing this awesome place!
