Long time since I stayed here as it is generally more expensive than Premier Inn. Nothing much changed only concern very dark on steps down to my room H & S concern. Snug good sleep TV a bit jumpy.

Really great for a place to sleep before an early flight. Yes it’s small, but didn’t feel claustrophobic as a solo traveller. Such a good shower with hot water too!

Very convenient for a late flight into Gatwick - just enough space for me and my luggage. Good value for money and comfy bed. The only criticism I have really is the green light that stays on all night and gets reflected from the mirror. I had to cover it up with a spare pillow and my coat otherwise the room felt too light.

Needed rest after missed flight
I booked last minute due to a missed flight, and despite arriving at 11.30 at night, check-in was no issue. The capsule was comfortable and gave me a needed rest which made the sudden change of plans more bearable

Ideal stop to catch an early flight
Stayed here as missed a connecting flight and had to be up early to fly the next morning. It’s so well located for south Terminal and has all the basics you need. It’s not that easy to sleep as people are coming and going at all times but it was a good price and a very convenient location.

After a 12-hour flight, I went to checkin, i was informed that I could not checkin because I booked the hotel via a 3rd party (Expedia). I was forced to pay an extra $60 because I was too exhausted to wait around the airport for 6 hours. I'm not staying here again. Ever. I could have stayed at the Bloc for less. The Yotel should refund the money I paid. Don't be fooled. I was ripped off.

Did the job for a pre flight overnight. In the terminal which was great. Tiny Japanese style capsule place but I was only sleeping so fine. I had a top bunk type bed and had to climb! Getting a bit old for that! But noticed on way out they have some bottom bunk type beds. I’d ask for one of those next time. One of best Wetherspoons I’ve been in in the airport very close. Super clean and pleasant and great beers! A good simple option for pre flight.
