“The staff was polite, accommodating and the location was good. They had bonfire and karaoke every night. The food was goof particularly malai kofta and butter chicken. The breakfast spread was okayish. Will recommend.”

“A property with excellent view and very helpful staffs. Room sizees are good. comfy beds. Good food. Breakfast options are good. There is small but well maintained lawn, sufficient free parking area. The lane from the main rd is narrow and not well sign-posted. I would not consider this as a resort as there are no resort type featute.. A nice hotel with comfortable stay”

“Good”

“The staff were v polite and helpful. Mr Jugnoo in the restaurant and Mr Santosh at the bar on the 4th floor were specially very supportive and made it lively and enjoyable to us”

“So the stay was good and comfortable and all the basic amenities were there, but when it comes to food it is very costly..normal ginger tea cost was 150rs/ for single cup,I understand hotel is situated on high altitude but the food prices were very high also you can not get taxis easily from outside of the hotel untill you have booked it from there travel desk or you have your own vehicle…rest all was good”

“Great place but expedia is providing misleading information on the hotel page.”

“Property is very rundown in the halls. Carpet needs to be replaced. Bathtubs need to be replaced. The price they charged is what Marriott charges in the USA. This place at best is maybe 31/2 star. Staff is very friendly and courteous. ”

“Room was very small, central AC eas not put on. Didnt had hot water coming in at 6am in the morning. All together even while paying approx 8k per night, experience was not at all good”

“This hotel claims to be 4-star however there was no heating in rooms in December. They charged exorbitant amount for rod heaters which were not heating the room. Food was good and housekeeping staff was helpful. This is fine for a 2-star hotel and should charge as such. ”
