“Such a welcome! The people running this hotel are very friendly. I visited end of October with my 10y daughter. She could play in the kids club twice a day (except Wednesday) and has a little kids disco in the evening. There isn’t much to do in the resort so this is a ‘quiet, relaxing holiday’ the beach area behind the hotel was lovely. If you want any ‘life’ Heraklion is 15min cab away for €14 with lots of shops and restaurants. I loved this holiday. ”

“They where not prepared for us when we came, the room was very dirty with dead cockroach, pubic hair in the bed and dirt on the covers. Windows where cracked, spider web on the AC. We complained and they removed the cockroach, but didn’t clean anything else. We where going to Knossos and asked if we could refill our water bottles before the trip, we where then accused of being thieves and they screamed at us. The breakfast was dry bread, and they did not follow the COVID-restrictions, nobody had...
