The 37 m² apartment on the 1st floor is a comfortable space for 4 people. It consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a separate bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. A double bed awaits you in the bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room. From the living area you will go out to the balcony, where you will relax with a view of the greenery and the estate.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located in Gdynia's Wzgórze Świętego Maksymiliana neighborhood, close to green areas. Just 800 m separates you from the Kępa Redłowska nature reserve, and in a dozen minutes you can reach the Redłowska Cliff on foot. In the area you will find stores and service outlets, and access to the center of Gdynia takes less than 10 minutes by car. The shopping mall is 1.8 kilometers away.
