It's a really nice and new hotel, but something need to be changed. At arrival the service counter couldn't find my name in the system, even if I booked two days before at hotels.com, where I also paid in advance.
There's was no menu card in the room, but the food we ordered, after getting two dirty cards delivered to the room, was really delicious.
In the breakfast restaurant it's not smart guests cannot take food from the breakfast table, but need to wait until a waiter is ready to help. Why make it so complicated? I want to look at the food and put it on my plate myself, without talking to a waiter how much I want of each thing!
