“sheets were dirty no towels smelled like cigarette smoke cigarette butts were all over parking lot people in room next to us played loud music and were vocal until 3:00 AM”

“The breakfast and staff are great. However, my room was not cleaned, nor the garbage disposed of or my bed made when I was personally assured it would be by the staff. This incident was highly unfortunate. ”

“Städerskan frågade om det "behövdes" bäddas i sängen....? Frukosten spartansk med Europeiska mått - plastbestick - papptallrikar - svagt urval. Man bygger om och det var lerigt och skitigt runt om vilket drogs med in i hotellet. Stod containers på baksidan och såg allmänt byggarbetsplatslikt. Svårt att förstå att man tar så mycket betalt när man är i ett sådant skede. Finns inget att göra i hotellet. Saknas restaurang, bar och någon typ av "aktivitet".”

“We stayed here for two nights. We really enjoyed the historic hotel and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable in the King bedroom we stayed in. The room was adequate in size for us. My husband fell in love with the robe! He actually wore it to sleep in because it was so soft and cozy! The hotel was quiet with the exception of other guests that came in later and closed their doors hard. The A/C worked great but was loud for sleeping purposes. We ate...

“We stayed 8 days. The staff begins to recognize you. Friendly at front desk when coming or going. We enjoyed the breakfast each day. Only dislike was the softness of the pillows. I guess there is no place like home, but Home 2 Suites is second!”
