Located between the east end of the GOTL Strip and Indian Creek Resort & Campground.

**This is a dual occupancy home and there is a unit available for vacationing guests below this unit. Entrances and spaces are private, there is no shared space.**

All guest receive 10% off Sunset Taxi services when picked up from a Sunset Vacation Rental property. Private tours are also available to visit local attractions and wineries.

Specifically for all Sunset Vacation Rentals guest street legal 6 seater golf carts are available for our guest to reserve and rent during their stay.

• Please clean up after your pet(s), both indoors and in the yard.
• Put any and all trash bags in the can outside.
• Pets are allowed in our units marked pet friendly only. A pet, or any evidence of a pet found on the property, that was not previously disclosed by charging you the pet fee and can result in immediate eviction. DOGS ONLY- maximum 2 dogs, unless previously authorized.
• Please note, this home is near Lake Erie, so you may encounter outdoor insects like spiders or mosquitoes. Refunds will not be issued due to area insects.

Everything was really good, a very good area and clean. There were a few dishes i found with food residue, but were most likely from previous residents. Overall a very good stay for GOTL!

the apartment was veryclean and provided everything I needed to enjoy my stay.the bedroom TV did not have a sufficient internet connection so it was frustrating to use. They may be seasonal but a serious insect problem with midges. They swarm around the door and impossible to keep from entering.

Winter visit

In town for a swimming event , loft was clean , cute and as advertised . Stairs up to it a little treacherous early morning with the ice but that probably cannot be helped . Would happily stay here again .

Make sure to bring your shampoo and body wash. (also a large cooking pot and an oven pan) Other than that, we enjoyed our stay, the area was nice and quiet. People around was super super super super nice and helpful!!!

Pet charge?

The location was great for us as most of our group were at the campground. When we arrived, it was difficult to figure out which door to enter. “Up” means the attic. When we entered, we smelled cat-odor or similar and there were animal hairs on the kitchen table, couch and bed. The reservation stated that if there were pets on our reservation, an extra charge would be added. What’s the extra charge for? Not to clean. I’m allergic to cats and so it wasn’t the most comfortable of stays for me. We turned on the air cleaner, but it needs a cleaning as well. I did communicate this via the messaging system, but received no response. On a better note, the kitchen is well equipped. The bed was comfortable as well. Had a great time on our overall trip though

Great stay

The place was immaculate and well equipped. Check-in was seamless. And, response from owner/s was very prompt. We were in the upstairs unit, so no deck/patio, but as advertised. Just be prepared for the steps if you have a lot of gear/luggage. Short jaunt to the strip and 15-20min to wine country. We rented a golf cart from Barley Vine Tours, and they bring the cart to your door. They were also very responsive. Carts can go from the property, to the Breakwater Beach (nothing above 35mph). Would definitely recommend the property and/or stay again.

Great Little place

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. We definitely plan on using you again. Great response times to our questions. Place was super clean and we lacked for nothing. The outside steps going up to door are a bit of a challenge, especially for small children or the elderly. One misstep could lead to an injury. I believe a warning of these might be advisable. Otherwise could not have been better!

Exactly what we were looking for!

In town for a nearby college track meet. The loft was exactly what we expected from the pictures. The combination lock was handy so we didn’t have to deal with keys. The stairs were extremely sturdy so no worry there. We didn’t cook anything because we were gone all day but it looked like everything you would need was there. Very cozy and comfortable! Thanks!

Very cozy, cute place

This wonderful upstairs apartment is perfect for two. Bed is very comfortable and the place was very clean. We stayed over Christmas and the area was quiet and felt safe. Would stay again

Clean Private and Convenient

Loved this little second story apartment for my stay in GOTL. Very comfortable bed. Full-size fridge and sink. Great table for games and a sitting area for 4 guests. Took advantage of wifi. Shower small for larger individuals and pack light (steep external staircase). Downstairs guests were no problem-- still very private. Hope to return.
