  • A newly updated nice quaint one bedroom ground floor apartment in a triplex. Has a full kitchen including dishwasher. A big living room with 2 couches, dining room table and a smart tv. Bedroom has a good amount of space with queen bed, dresser, closet space and a smart tv. Back yard has a fire pit to build a fire. (Some wood provided). Plenty of parking in the back of the complex. Plenty of room to pull in and turn around and park a truck with boat. Keyless entry to the apartment. The apartment complex sits pretty far off the road on a big two acre lot within the city. It has woods and a big yard.

    Here you can find a charming little town with very good food options. You'll quickly find that this region is a wine lover's paradise, with lots of wineries in the surrounding area. You will have plenty of great options to check out!

    The apartment is located only a few miles from the Spire, a 5 minute drive to Geneva on the Lake. There is another ground floor one bedroom apartment typically available at the same time if you’re looking for friends or family to book a stay at the same property.

Nice stay

Stay was nice. Not in walking distance of any wineries or places to eat, but close drive. Place was clean and communication with owner was excellent.

Cute little cottage. Not a lot of kitchen amenities if you plan on cooking. Bed is comfortable. Host very responsive and accommodating. No washer and dryer despite what listing says

Great place with plenty of room!

I was in town for the night and this was the perfectly priced spot for a place to unwind after a day of fishing, getting a tattoo, and exploring some of the local establishments. Highly recommend this place for its cleanliness, size of the place (plenty of room to spread out if you aren't traveling solo and have more than an overnight bag), safe and secure location, and it's easy to find with quick access to any of the major highways in the area. The host was very easy to work with, quick to respond to the couple of messages sent after arrival. 10/10 would recommend!

Getaway

This is so centrally located to downtown Geneva (and Spire Academy). Very clean. Property is tucked back from road which made me feel safer as its on main road. We utilized the kitchen for making a healthier dinner and breakfast. Linens and basic kitchen tools included. Would definitely stay again and absolutely recommend. Tv console/fireplace was a nice touch on a wintery weekend.

Good location and value for the price

The inside is nicely updated. It was warm enough in really cold temps. Kitchen, bathroom, and flooring was all newly updated. It was good for a couple and really worked well for us. Close to Geneva lake area and Spire. Restaurants and the park were a short drive. The area around the house is pretty industrial but the house does sit off the road some so there was some green lawn. It was a safe area too. Host had good communication and responsive. I would recommend staying here.

Stinky

The owner will say it doesn’t stink but it does! There is an old musty, mildew smell, pictures look better than what it is, window air conditioner looks to be 35 years old and inefficient. Owner will say we touched it to fan only but it is inefficient! It was awful. We stayed for a total of maybe 5-10 minutes and had to find a different place. It is also right next to a storage facility which isn’t a big deal. Owner gave a very small amount of money back. Awful. VRBO asked for pictures but how do you photo a smell or inefficient air unit. Kitchen looked updated a great.
