Welcome to your home base in downtown Geneva! Each Flat at North Shore is a spacious, modern two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment designed with plenty of room to relax, gather and settle in during your Finger Lakes stay.

The open living area is comfortable and inviting, with plenty of seating to unwind after a day of exploring. Kick back with a movie on the Smart TV, plan the next day's winery stops, or simply enjoy having a little extra room to spread out.

Kitchen + dining

Each flat includes a full kitchen equipped for everything from morning coffee and quick breakfasts to dinner at home. A dedicated dining area gives your group a comfortable place to eat, gather or enjoy a bottle of local Finger Lakes wine.

Bedrooms

Both private bedrooms feature a king-size bed, giving couples, friends or families equally comfortable sleeping accommodations—no one has to draw the short straw for the smaller room!

With two full bathrooms, getting ready for a day out or winding down at night is easy, especially when traveling with a group.

This listing represents three nearly identical flats within the same building. When you book, you're reserving one complete, private two-bedroom, two-bathroom flat. Your specific unit will be automatically assigned prior to arrival. Each offers the same core layout, amenities and overall experience, so no matter which Flat you're assigned, you'll have everything described in this listing.



Guest Access:

Guests will enter through a shared main entrance and have full private access to their assigned unit, including its indoor and outdoor areas. Your specific unit will be assigned prior to check-in. Easy self-check-in is provided.



The Neighborhood:

Located right in downtown Geneva, The Flatts put you within walking distance of some of the best the Geneva has to offer. Restaurants, coffee shops, bars, local shopping and entertainment are all just steps away, with Seneca Lake and the lakefront also an easy walk from the property. It’s a great spot for guests who want to explore Geneva on foot while still having easy access to the wineries, breweries and attractions throughout the Finger Lakes.



Getting Around:

Walking the immediate area is easy and encouraged, with plenty to explore right from the property. A car is highly recommended for other attractions throughout the Finger Lakes. Private car services, taxis and private wine tours are also available in the area.

➡️ A Pack ’n Play is available BY REQUEST ONLY and provided free of charge. Please let us know in advance if you’d like one so we can have it ready for your arrival.

➡️ Parking: Is located behind the building. The main entrance is also behind the building.

➡️ No smoking indoors. Any outdoor smoking must be done away from the house.

➡️ Guests must sign Get RED-y Vacations’ guest rental agreement before check-in.

➡️ Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM; please be respectful of our neighbors.

➡️ Some amenities may be seasonal and availability can vary depending on weather
