Tack Giovanni
Detta blev ett övernattningshotell på en genomresa. Giovanni i receptionen levererar service utan dess like. Otroligt varmt och trevligt bemötande både i telefon och på plats. Rummet var rent och i relativt bra skick. Kan inget säga om närområdet då vi tog oss runt med bil. Saknade parkeringsplats framför hotellet för att lasta på och lasta av, vilket var krångligt då garaget låg bakom 3 grindar. Frukosten var helt ok, blandat utbud.

Lite tråkigt rum men rent och fräscht. Mysig balkong utanför restaurangen där WiFi fanns! Läget var kanon!! Nära shopping, strand och tågstationen!

Rena rum med sköna säng nen tyvärr lite dålig området. Frukosten var inte heller så bra.

We are sorry to note that the area around our structure has a negative impact on your experience at the hotel, but unfortunately, we are in a slightly secluded area than that of the center, where there are restaurants and bars. While the day is very busy in the evening is almost deserted and ourselves suggest our guests to move quietly until dinner time by public transport and taxi back after dinner, and in a few minutes at a moderate price. however we hope to be able to have as our guest again and best regards. Fint och trevligt hotell
Fint, fräscht och med trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Jag har endast två småsaker att anmärka på: (1) min smartphone loggades ut från wi-fi:t en gång i kvarten (detta problem uppstod inte med min dator), och (2) kontorsstolen på rummet var inte höj- och sänkbar, och bordet var lite för högt för att kunna arbeta bekvämt vid. Småsaker, som sagt.

Inget fel på hotellet men parkeringen var under all kritik. Kändes underbemannat. Svårt att få svar på frågor osv.

Fräscht nytt hotell bredvid hamnen i Genua
Helt nytt hotell bredvid hamnen vid alla stora färjorna i Genua. Hotellet ligger inte i centrum men det går att promenera eller ta bussen dit. Allt var superfräscht, nytt, modernt och design-snyggt på detta hotell. Rummet hade egen safety box, air-condition, tv-högtalare inne på toaletten :) och det fanns möjlighet att välja bland massa olika typer av huvudkuddar. Frukost ingick inte i vårt pris så kan ej uttala oss om den. Internet ingick inte heller men gick att köpa till, dock ej trådlöst på rummet (ta med sladd). Allt var så fräscht och nytt men det verkar som att rökning tyvärr var tillåtet, dock hade ingen hade hunnit röka i de nya lokalerna än när vi var där.

Nice hotel with own parking (16€/24h). 10m after reception, turn right, press btn. Room was clean and very cosy. Good breakfest with fantastic coffe! 5min walk for metro/underground. Big grocery store (coop) is across the street. Overall we are very happy with our choice.

Good hotel but on busy and noisy road
Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Was modern and clean. Parking was a little difficult and challenge to find and location was probably ok for cruise ships but on a very busy and noisy road. Staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming.

The staff here is wonderful. Everybody from the manager, front desk, dining room staff and housekeeping all were so great. The rooms are a nice size, beds were comfortable and the hotel was incredibly clean. Breakfast was really good as was dinner. The only thing that may be a concern for some travelers is, you have to take the train, which is a walkable distance, for about 4 stops to get to shopping, sight seeing and dining. But we did ok with it. Thank you Holiday Inn Genoa!!

The hotel is not far from the cruise ship dock where we came into Genoa. Although it's not in the centre of town and restaurants, it's right near the Metro and only two stops into the centre, so it only takes 10 minutes to get there. And the Metro is free from 10am - 4pm and 8pm - 10pm.

Good Stay
the room is big, but the light not so bright enough. there were smell of a bit like cigarette, but i reckon that's the fragrance the hotel choose. the breakfast was cheap but good. the car park was a bit confuse to park the car.
