The narrow streets of Genoa are treacherous enough to walk around especially for those coming from outside the city and Google Maps does not seem to want to cooperate when you are inside the historic center.our staff is always available to provide you with all the necessary information on how to get around here in Genoa. Querido Oscar, lo sentimos muchos por su comentario y que no le gustò nuestro hotel. El casco antiguo de Genoa es medieval, intonces es muy diffcil entrar (callecitas muy estrecha) y a la noche puedes ser mas dificil ubicarse. Nostros somos un hotel y por esto que tuvo ayuda nel medio de la noche, porque la reception es abierta 24h.El Palacio es "vejio" porquè es del 1400, ascensor è sencillo, verdad, , pero l'hotel adentro es totalmente moderno y nuevo. Lo sentimos que no se quedò algunas horas por descrubir la ciudad veja a la manana, creo que podría haber cambiado de opinión.El nuestro hotel es muy adapto y apreciado por quien llega por turismo y paseo y no para pasar la noche en un viaje por carretera, esto es verdad porque no es comoda la posicion. Esperamos haberla de nuevo en otra ocasion de paseo.
