âProperty is in a very safe and quiet location. Huge Parking, great access. Amenities not bad at all. Breakfast was clean and decent, nice area to dine. The Lobby to rooms and bathrooms can do with some upgrades. Overall a Very great place to stay .â
âThere were some abandoned businesses but having said that, many places walkable. Wal-Mart and Starbuck's are across the road, many fast food spots nearby, and convience stores close as well. â

There was however absolutely no management present on the property the entire visit and when I tried to contact them through two different phone numbers about a late checkout there was no response. Then I received a text from a different phone number (the cleaner, I think) saying my key was not in the location it was supposed to be at checkout time. She was very kind and...

âI stayed at this property with a new born and two dogs and I was very impressed. The hotel was very dog friendly with only a one time fee for the whole trip instead of a nightly fee like other hotels. The sound proofing between rooms was phenomenal. My parents were one room over and then did not even hear the baby crying at night time. The area is extremely walk-able and directly in downtown Providence. Just be aware that the only parking is a 38$ overnight valet. However with that you can take...
