“The hotel overall was okay, now there’s a few key issues with it, the AC in the room is controlled and it doesn’t go under 66 degrees which for Houston is not cold, you’ll be very hot at night, the TV volume will not go above 30 which means you can barely hear it, the bathroom door has 0 privacy, all sounds and smells will go out to the room, the pool has no supervision whatsoever and kids will make your time completely insufferable, if you are looking to enjoy the pool you need to go very early...

“I really liked this hotel. Very different from all other places I’ve stayed in Houston. However, we booked the beach room and were given the snow room. Not a huge deal but was slightly disappointed. When leaving the next morning we were told we’d be charged 15$ for late check out. Which we were totally fine with. We do late check out often. Upon leaving she DEMANDED my card while my hands were full with my belongings so she could charge for late checkout. I know my card is on file, if I were to...
