“For the cost it was a very subpar stay. Dead bugs in the room, out dated rooms and interior.”

“Excellent mattress in room, but dust bunnies under the bed. Some electrical plugins didn't work. They reused coffee grounds during breakfast instead of putting fresh grounds in the 2 coffee makers in the breakfast room. Continental breakfast was scrambled eggs, potatoes, and biscuits and gravy. (same ole, same ole). A side of just sausage would have been nice. Nothing exceptional, just average for the price, of a 30 year old hotel.”

“We enjoyed our stay at bantr Grand Hotel Wausau. The property and room were clean, and the staff was friendly. The pool and hot tub are really nice. The room was spacious and comfortable. The next morning we enjoyed a delicious complimentary continental breakfast. My only feedback to the hotel is it the outside of the property needs better lighting, it was really dark in the parking lot. “Great tub”

“The pool was closed all weekend, leaving guests without access. Breakfast was quite limited, offering only oatmeal, cereal, waffles, yogurt, and some fruit, much of which was already gone. The ceiling above the bathtub leaked whenever the room above us used water, creating a persistent drip. Inside the room, there was only a tiny trash can, and the drawers tended to stick. “Hot tub and pool was nice. Breakfast was OK. There was stuff in the fridge that you could heat up in the microwave. The staff were OK. I had stayed Friday through Wednesday and I had asked twice in a row for our towels to be picked up not only that but I had asked two more times for more room towels because our room was not kept up with other than that service was OK.”

“Hotel was clean, should let people know pool isn't operational when they check in, and if you check out well before the check out time 830 am without checking out thru the front desk you will be charged 66 dollars as a late checkout. Very disappointed 😞”

“First hotel I have ever stayed at that did not have a blow dryer in the room. No one was ever at the front desk to ask if one was available. There was medical tape to keep the curtain closed. The windows look if they have never been cleaned.”
