Cozy&Comfortable
This house was perfect for our family. During a snow storm we were warm and comfy. Since it was so close to town it was an easy walk to the park and restaurants. It made for a memorable experience.

Pristine, cozy home in a perfect location.
We loved staying in this home in Georgetown. The location was perfect for walking around town, and for getting to Loveland to ski. The spacious kitchen was bright in the mornings thanks to the skylight, and came with everything we needed to make a nice dinner. Best of all, this house is absolutely spotless. We would love to stay here again.

Cute and clean house, responsive host.
The house is clean and cute. Walking distance to downtown. We had a short power outage (the whole town) and the host was very responsive and told us where to find flashlights. The only kitchen items stocked are salt and pepper, so we needed to pick up our own cooking oil, coffee, etc, at the small market in town, but not a big deal. There are a few coffee shops in town as well. Linens were clean and smelled fresh. Very cute town, we would come back again.

Perfect Little Mountain House

Cute, cozy & comfortable
My sis and I stayed at this house about 7 years ago and had a perfect time. This year we were joined by our significant others. Our only complaint would be that there wasn’t any coffee or spices, and we thought there were a few basic cooking necessities when we stayed before.

Nice little place
We enjoyed our visit. It was close to everything, even had a nice little playground for our granddaughter. If I would have any issues, it would be the kitchen. Most places I have stayed kept coffee & filters like a hotel does. I’m a grumpy grandma without coffee. We did find excellent coffee at the market nearby - don’t waste your money at the coffee shop.

Wonderful grandmother/grandmother visit!
My friend and I took our granddaughters for a fun Colorado visit. The home was just perfect for us with everything we needed. Beds and furniture were comfy, and the kitchen well equipped. The proximity to town was perfect. We certainly hope to return!

Bigger in the inside that it looks.
The place was great, it had everything you need, and if you forgot something, there is a family dollar in Georgetown. Only thing I would suggest is for the owner to send a first welcome communication a week prior the stay, and whatever else is needed to be known 2 days prior instead of 7pm the day before arrival so people like me are reassured and can plan ahead.

Great experience at this clean, quiet, warm house. Just know there are not "extras" in the kitchen, so bring your own oil, seasonings, etc. All the utensils are there as listed!

Georgetown Getaway
Had a great time exploring Georgetown! Lovely location to downtown and only a few minutes drive from the lake made this a wonderful spot to enjoy our stay. Location was great
Clean and cute place for 2-4 people or small family. Location is great for access to highway, food, beverages, shopping, or area attractions. Recommend Georgetown Loop train. Home is older and no foundation so there is a smell which was not disclosed until check in information provided, so too late to change or cancel. BUT, take some Claritin, open windows, and turn fans on and it's hardly noticeable. Brent was very good with communication before and during the stay.

Historic, Clean and Great Upkeep

A lovely historic home
This property was perfect for us as it was 15-20mins from Loveland Ski Area. The house was easy to access and was a perfect place to crash after long days on the slopes. The house is spacious and had everything we needed. Customer service was fantastic. We suggest this property!

This is our second time around at this property. We rented again because the property was immaculately clean the first time and it serves our need very well. The proximity to the center of town been the primary appeal. This time around the property was as clean the first time. It was like deja vu all over in a really good kind of way. This home was clean, comfortable, well-equipped, well-maintained, and well-located. The bed was comfortable,too. Check-in was easy. Plenty of great hiking nearby. No snacks or staples were provided in the kitchen (condiments, coffee, spices, oils, etc.), but in the days of Covid-19 that might be expected. The yard could use some love.

My family of 4 loved this house and the surrounding area! Brent was very friendly and provided us with everything that his listing mentioned for our short ski trip to Loveland ski resort. Wonderful cottage
My husband and I spent 4 nights at this cottage. Centrally located, you can walk to shops and dining. We enjoyed Georgetown. Easy driving to ski lodge areas where we shopped and dined. Took Loveland Pass which was a little scary for novice midwesterners. Our stay was in September when Aspen trees were beautiful golden. Back to the cottage. Located on a quite, safe street. We found everything perfect. Wonderfully comfortable master bedroom. Soft bed and large flatscreen which is important to us at the end of the day. Internet and cable tv worked great. Kitchen was well stocked and loved having a washer/dryer. Little patio out the back foot. Mountain View front and back. Super clean and comfortable. A must visit!
