Nice for a ski getaway
Great location and quite despite its proximity to I70. Clean, well organized place (if somewhat spartan). Cooking (a family tradition on ski trips) presented a couple of challenges. Trust owner will address them moving forward. Very comfortable beds/pillows and the gas stove in the living room was delightful. Would book with Brent again.

Just by the creek
It was a great stay.Nice cabin decor,very clean and plenty of room to relax.There are beautiful views from the porch.The kitchen is well equipped for dinning in but you are close to a few restaurants also. As someone new to the renal scene. I would have liked to have check in info sooner to plan better and the beds are cozy but high off the ground!

Everything you need is here!
This property has two levels. We stayed upstairs. It is very updated with new everything it seemed like. I was hesitant bc there was no a/c and being from Tx we were used to that and it was July but the high powered ceiling fans and opening the windows was perfect. Never felt stuffy or hot. The owners at this place have thought of everything. Lots of plugs, extra storage in the closets, dishwashing pods and even mosquito repellent. One thing I never found was the washer detergent for the washer/dryer. I had to go buy some as I forgot to bring some. Great location and felt safe the entire time. We would definitely stay again!

Gateway to Loveland
Great stay as we skied Loveland for 2 days. So nice to be so close to the mountain and have a warm spot to come home to only 15 minutes away. The place was very clean, exactly as listed, and had everything we needed. The fireplace was an added bonus on a windy, snowy night.

Property is nice and very clean and the owner is easy to deal with. The only problem we had was the location, the picture of the outside makes this property look like it’s in the country when it’s actually in town with buildings and other houses very close.

Convenient and comfortable home
We stayed 2 nights in this house. It was very comfortable for our 4 person family. Beds (and fold-out couch) were all comfortable with cozy linens and there was enough room for us to spread out. We especially enjoyed the gas fireplace in the evenings. Everything was nice and clean. We would stay here again.

We've stayed at this home 3 or 4 times now so we keep returning for a reason! Kitchen has the basic amenities. Cozy couches. Fireplace is a nice feature especially since the winds were howling one night! Haven't had to use the washer/dryer but nice it's available. Hope to do it again next year!

Stayed 4 nights and had everything we needed already there. Really enjoyed our stay. It’s not the worst thing but the nearest grocery store is in Dillon and Idaho Springs.

This cozy cabin is right next to a beautiful stream and walking trail on one side and the beautiful rockies on all four sides. Owner was very responsive when we had any questions. The gas burning stove was perfect for the snowy days. Easy to navigate here, right off I 70. We loved our stay here. We will be back!

Family Vacation
This is the second time I've stayed here, this time I brought the family and rented both levels. Like the first time, It was perfect!!!!! We could seperate the late night movie watchers from the early bed times. Both level's are VERY roomy and cozy. At no point do you feel cramped or on top of one and other. Brent always answer's in a quick and reasonable time when you have a questions. They definitelydo everything they can to make your stay feel at home. I can't wait to rent here again.

Great stay in Georgetown
The house was comfortable and had everything we needed for our visit to the Rockies. Georgetown is conveniently located between Frisco and Idaho Springs, where we spent most of our time rafting and canoeing. However, the highlight of our trip was the Georgetown Loop Railroad, just minutes from the house. We enjoyed walks in Georgetown every night and an excellent restaurant was just a two minute walk from our door. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay, even in a blizzard!
My kids and I stayed here for a ski trip over our spring break. Little did we know we would be staying through one of the worst snow storms on record. It gave us the opportunity to make ourselves at home. The location is perfect, easy to find and within walking distance of anything you need. The house was exceptionally clean. We put the kitchen to good use and had everything I needed to make some great meals. There was plenty of room for the 3 of us, the views are amazing and the fireplace was toasty warm. I would, and most likely will, stay there again.

All the comforts of a cabin. Just wish I didn’t see I-70 from the front porch. But it was still peaceful and a great time. Coopers creek is next door! Make a rsvp there because it was great food.

Perfect getaway
We loved the property. Spotlessly clean, all the amenities we needed. Comfy beds, cozy fireplace, hottest water on the planet! Beautiful view and steps away from the calming sounds of a Creek. Centrally located but still felt private. Would love to stay here again!

Mountain Escape
This was a fantastic stay in a fantastic location! We had everything we needed in a landmark town with access to hiking trails and restaurants and a REAL working Gold Mine all within walking distance. Georgetown is a gem of a community! Coffee, tea, cocoa, and a little snack basket awaited us. There were extra toiletries. Everything was perfect! I would stay in this home again! A+++ Thank you for the memories :)

Great spot in Georgetown
We stayed in the upstairs unit of this property in Georgetown, CO. It was very comfortable, clean and conveniently located. It's close to restaurants and the small grocery store in town, but you're not bothered at all by traffic or highway noise. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to cook meals at home. We would definitely stay here again.

The. Condo is within walking distance of restaurants. It is in town not a rustic surrounding. It was very nice inside. They had all the amenities one can think of. Newly refubished. We really liked the place.

Cozy Home with Ideal Location
The house was super cozy from the moment we walked in the door. We were so happy to walk in after a long day of rafting to a fireplace, comfy couches w/ blankets and a coffee maker w/ coffee. Not to mention 4 adults were able to take showers and never ran out of hot water. This homes location is perfect! It's located right next to a creek w/ beautiful views of the mountains, you're only yards away from a cute little downtown area with multiple convience stores. We enjoyed sitting on the porch late at night and early in the morning with our coffees. The only thing that wasn't great was it was very hot at night even after opening every window & door and the mattress was very firm. Nothing a few fans and a mattress pad can't fix. Sleep is overrated anyway!!! We had a great time and would definitely stay again. 5 stars from us.

Perfect Long Weekend
A perfect place to get away. The property was comfortable and within walking distance of great places to eat and shop. There is a walking path along the creek right next to the property that will take you to the lake, a wonderful walk. We came home from dinner one night and there was a whole heard of big horn sheep at the end of the street. Definitely a great place to relax and recharge.

Middle aged women ski trip
This place was perfect for our needs. The house is well appointed, super clean, and has everything you need for cooking/prepping. We skied at A-basin for a couple of days and this was a great location for traveling back and forth. Georgetown is a cute town. I will consider this place again, if we make another trip to the area. Brent was very communicative and quickly responded to the one question I had about how to use the remote control.

A Colorado gem! Clean, great location & cozy!
Brent was very responsive to all of my questions beforehand. The condo was incredibly clean, had all the amenities, and even came with snacks :) location was walking distance to market with great selection of food, delicious place to eat right along the creek, and near the Georgetown train! We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and will return if our travels bring us back this way!

Wonderful Stay!
This was our first time to try a vacation rental, so we were a little hesitant. This was a wonderful place to stay! It was clean, modern and comfortable. It is within walking distance of downtown Georgetown, but also close to a gas station open 24 hours in case you need something. We will definitely want to stay here again in the future!

Rocky Mountain Serenity
Brent's retreat located between two mountains in Georgetown was serene, impeccably clean, very comfortable with all of the amenities one could think of. The wrap around porch was a great place to end each day with a glass of wine an incredible views!

Brent's place is a great value. Plenty of room for three adults. All of the amenities of home. Great location, right off of the interstate and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Just a short drive to Idaho Springs. This was our second time staying there, and we plan to return again.
