Close to none sound proofing, you can hear your neighbours or hallway conversations without an issue. And they will hear everything you do. 2. Parking is a bit overpriced with $15 + taxes per night. “Hotel Granduca was as lovely as allways. The quite and lovely poolarea and the restaurant is really different from other hotels we have visited. The rooms are big and luxurious but the best thing with Granduca is the staff, totally outstanding! We will allways stay here when returning to Houston. /Mia and Patrick, Sweden”
