On the first floor, the living area is bathed in natural light and offers everything you need to enjoy pleasant moments together.

The fully equipped kitchen features a drip coffee maker, a Dolce Gusto machine, and a raclette grill.

The dining area is perfect for gathering around a good meal, while the living room, featuring a wood-burning stove, offers a cozy atmosphere that’s especially enjoyable on winter evenings.

The chalet has two bathroom areas.

On the first floor, you’ll find a shower room and a separate toilet.

Upstairs, a bathroom with a toilet completes the amenities.

A crib and a high chair are available for your little ones.

2 parking spaces.

In winter, access to the chalet is only possible with snow tires; snow chains are strongly recommended.

A washing machine and a dryer are at your disposal.

Utilities are included in the rate. Please use utilities sparingly.

To offer you the best rate for your stay, linens are available as an optional extra.

The flat rate is €30 per double bed. It includes beds made before your arrival, bath towels, bath mats, and kitchen towels.

This amount covers only the laundry costs; we do not add any markup.

End-of-stay cleaning is included.

Please take out your trash before you leave (instructions and a map are in the welcome booklet). Failure to do so will result in a flat fee of €30 for trash removal.

Parties, bachelorette parties, and bachelor parties are strictly prohibited. Please be considerate of the neighbors.

Pets are not allowed.

For everyone’s peace of mind, a €800 security deposit is required for your stay (a credit card authorization will be automatically processed by our software the day before your arrival or via bank transfer, and will be refunded after the cleaning team has completed their work at the end of your stay).

This property features a family-friendly apartment for 5 people. The separate entrance and the fact that it is not connected to the Balcon des Gouttridos ensure a high level of privacy.
