Spread over 3 levels, Chalet Elixir has a floor entirely dedicated to relaxation. The garden level features an indoor swimming pool, a sauna, a bar and a games area with table football.

On the main level, a large living area with a spacious lounge and an equipped American-style kitchen (bean-to-cup and Dolce Gusto coffee machines). The main room opens onto a large terrace with a gas plancha. The fireplace creates a warm atmosphere, with exposed wood and stone; particular care has been given to the decor. The main level also has a master bedroom with private bathroom.

The 1st floor is dedicated to bedrooms, with 3 master bedrooms and a special two-level bedroom for children. All bedrooms have their own bathroom.

5 parking spaces in front of the house, plus a garage.
