Studio Nivolet with WiFi: City & Lake View – Perfect for Couples with Children

Discover this non-smoking studio, perfect for a couple with children. Located on the ground floor of a renovated house in the quiet Gouttridos district, it features a fully equipped kitchen (stove, fridge-freezer, filter coffee maker and Tassimo, toaster, kettle) and modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV and WiFi access (very weak signal). The sleeping area offers a double bed, a futon armchair bed (80 cm), and a cabinet bed (75 cm) with a futon mattress. A baby bed is available on request. The bathroom includes a hairdryer, toilet, and drying rack.



Enjoy the peace of an unfenced garden and a large shared south-facing terrace with garden furniture, parasol, and barbecue. You have access to the garden and a spring water fountain. Gas heating is available even in summer if needed. Parking is provided, as well as storage space for skis or bikes in the owner’s garage.



You’ll enjoy stunning views of the lake, just 2 km away, and ski slopes only 1.5 km from the property. The region is perfect for mountain holidays, offering outdoor activities like hiking, mountain biking, swimming in the lake, paddleboarding, windsurfing, and treetop adventure parks. Bed linen is not provided and final cleaning is the guest’s responsibility. Rentals are available for weekends or weeks, but long stays are not accepted. Pets are only allowed with prior agreement and for an extra charge.
