The cottage is located in a completely separate wing with its own parking and private entrance.

The view of the hillside is beautiful and changes with the seasons. You might be lucky enough to spot deer in the field opposite the house or enjoy a breathtaking sunset. The cottage is peaceful, set apart from the village, and offers views of the surrounding countryside.

Ground floor: Bedroom with a desk and play area (two 90x200cm beds), fully equipped kitchen with direct access to a private terrace, living room, separate WC.

Upstairs: Three bedrooms (three 160x200cm beds), shower room, separate WC.

Large, sunny private terrace with a west-facing pergola. Access to a games area with a ping-pong table, ball, pétanque balls, barbecue, and bicycles available for rent.
