To ensure a smooth and secure check-in process, all guests are required to complete a few pre-arrival steps. This includes: • Providing valid photo ID • Signing a short rental agreement • Submitting a refundable security deposit
The deposit is held securely and will be returned within 3–5 working days after checkout, subject to a full inspection of the property.*
Bed linen and towels are provided for all guests. For longer stays, additional cleans and fresh linen/towel changes can be arranged in advance for an additional fee.
Our property operates a self check-in system via lockbox, so it’s important that all pre-arrival requirements are completed to avoid delays accessing the home.
