“tape around the AC heating unit.The smell in our room,No elevator on the premises.Bath tub looked chipped in areas.This hotel needs a make over!!!”

“The front desk found a way to get us a first floor room because my mother is handicap and not able to use stairs. *No Elevator* Our room smelled like mold and had cobwebs in every corner. It also did not have a fridge. * It was sitting outside the room broken* I had to go to the desk to get toilet paper because there was none. I really thought highly of the man for helping us out, so I did not complain.”

“The staff was nice and helpful. They easily gave me a 1:00PM extended check out. My room; 318, had a few issues of concern. 1) A huge hole in the window screen, so no night time fresh air for me. 2) Hair dryer was faulty at the plug. I would suggest this as dangerous. 3) Bath tub had no anti-slip material and it was a constant fight to stay safe as I showered. 4) The dresser was un-level or something as the top drawer would creep open. This could be a problem during a dim trip to the bathroom at...

“We just returned from our long road trip and checked that we actually booked for a Ground Floor room (i.e. higher price than the room we got on the 2nd floor), but we didn't remember at the time we checked in because we booked it more than a month ago and we booked for more that 10 hotels for this trip. When we checked in, I asked the receptionist twice if she has a room in the ground floor but she said "we all booked", which mean they gave our booked room to someone else. I contacted the hotel...

“Our experience with Ozark and and suites was not very good though the service was good but it was mediocre. I wanted my money back, but they said I couldn’t get my money back because I already gave them my card and I think I should get my refund because I wasn’t as satisfied, Customer.”

“We did not actually stay here. We were relocated to their sister property The Inn at Glaiser Glen. The staff was great, we really didn't use the amenities as this was a trip to see family. I would definitely stay again though.”

“The suites are amazing! The two-room setup with a ton of storage and a stocked kitchen was a huge plus. The lighting, bathroom, balcony, fireplace, and island countertop were a touch above, and we loved our stay.”
