“Room carpet was dirty and sticky. They still put us in a pet room even though we dont have pets. Breakfast wasnt even worth waking up for. Will never stay at a best western again if this is the standard ”

“Such a cute place! The room was clean and comfy. Loved the in room fireplace and beautiful bathroom. There was a common area stocked with games, hot drink options and snacks. The hotel overlooks the harbor and there are outdoor seating areas to take in the sunset and views. Easy to walk to shops and dining options. ”

“Overall, the general areas of the hotel were nice and well kept. The lobby restroom stood out in particular. It was large, very clean, and even the hand soap smelled great, which was surprisingly memorable. The guest room itself was clean and very spacious, with large windows that made it feel even more open. The TV was a great size with good sound. The toiletries and shower setup were pretty basic, but the water pressure and temperature were excellent, especially appreciated after a 30+ hour...

“The unit was clean and ready on time. We found it comfortable and enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. The reason for 3 stars is we were surprised by how easily we could hear people upstairs. It was g frequent but did take away from the sense of being alone. The second reason is we came back from picking up food and were unexpectedly met by two large, very barky dogs in the back yard, preventing us from accessing the unit. This was startling and a bit scary. ”
