“Its a cute place to stay with many places to walk to. The bed was awful, i can pretty much sleep in any bed, but the matress had to be one of the worst. My back hurt so bad in the morning same with my fiances back. The breakfast isnt what i would called the traditional continental breakfast. It is grab and go items which is fine, but they should clarify that especially for 300 a night. The staff was very kind, one of the ladies had no clue on recommendation for resturants and she seemed stumped...

Half month later, I noticed that I did not receive the refund. I called them and contacted Expedia. But, very surprisingly they said they would not refund anything. I explained again and again what happened and what the hotel had told me before. Finally they said ”
