Kitchen and living room in an open space with sofa bed and full bathroom with shower. It has an outdoor terrace with table and chairs and is equipped with 2 Smart TVs (one in the living room and another in the bedroom).



Premium workspace, perfect for teleworking or long stays. The apartment features a professional workstation equipped with a 32-inch panoramic monitor, USB-C and HDMI connection, high-speed ethernet network (600 MB), wireless keyboard and mouse. The glass desk includes an integrated whiteboard and electric lift to work sitting or standing, alongside a comfortable ergonomic chair that guarantees comfort even during long workdays. A space designed to work with maximum productivity and comfort.



Located in the El Coto neighbourhood, a quiet and residential area, with supermarkets, cafés, pharmacies and easy access to the centre of Gijón. A 15-minute walk from the beach and with good public transport connections.

Please note that parties and bachelor/bachelorette parties are not allowed in the apartment. If any type of disturbance to neighbours occurs or apartment rules are breached, a fine of 300 euros will be applied. We want to ensure that all guests enjoy a peaceful and pleasant stay in our accommodation. Thank you very much for your understanding and cooperation.



The maximum check-in time is at 11:00 PM. Entries AFTER 11:00 PM are not permitted, and we are not responsible for access to the accommodation after that time. Thank you for your understanding.
