"Everything looks good in pictures and information when booking the hotel. Once in place, it is less flattering. Slow check-in. TV in the room that doesn't work. Minibar with only water. Pool where birds gather to drink water. A bar with only one type of beer. Food OK but slow service. Recurring questions about which room number you have when sitting by the pool. The area outside the hotel was shabby.
Canceled the last two nights (out of four). This because I found a last minute offer at The Oberoi Mumbai for the same price as Novotel Juhu Beach...
