“When we first walked into the hotel, I was struck by the smell of the spa. The hotel ws very well decorated and beautiful. We had come to Mission Viejo from Arizona for my sister's funeral. The hotel offered comfort and beauty, so restful. Our room was so wonderful. We had an ADA room which was perfect. The restaurant was great too. Christian made sure that we didn't need anything. By the way, the Asian salad was super delicious.”

“Me gustó el hotel, está nuevo, bien ubicado, la cama muy cómoda, buen internet, el baño todo nuevo y limpio, sin malos olores ni ruidos, tiene un mini refri y microondas. El Restaurante Denny’s está a un lado es muy conveniente y te dan descuento del hotel. La habitación es pequeña pero por el precio está más que bien. Está a 5 min en auto de la estación de trenes en Santa Ana. Lo recomiendo ampliamente”

“Very clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The location is excellent and convenient for getting around and exploring the area. The rooms were well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.”

“From the outside, the property looks perfectly acceptable, but once one gets closer to the room, it’s a trash pit. The sidewalk, stairs and walkway to the room was littered with trash. There was a half full bottle of Gatorade pushed into the outside corner of the room, and for the 3 days we were there it never moved. The room was a mess. “The engineering staff set the thermostat temperature to whatever they want. The thermostat in the room is operated by an occupancy sensor which does not detect any movement over night, resulting in resetting the temperature to whatever the engineering team set to! This was intended to save energy at the expense of the customer's convenience!! I had to wake up twice at night to make sure the sensor detected me and that my temperature setting is reactivated.”

“The area was great… so we checked in, we got the room with a king bed and a sofa bed. To start bed pillow had a bunch of white short hair I’m assuming it was Cat’s hair nasty and all along the carpet obviously they didn’t vacuum. Luckily we weren’t allergic. The other big issue and very important the sofa mattress I had to switch with my son since the mattress was completely uncomfortable and they were brand new according to the hotel staff.
