Its just worth lying in the hammock while watching the Hummingbirds and Lizards in the wounderful garden.

“This is a cosy small place, run by a nice couple. They give you great service and tip of what to do. They offer pickup and dropoff to the airport. I pull the rate down a little because the electrical shower that dont really provide you with hot water. They are not really good. A the moment I was there, they got no wifi yet. Maybe it's comming. Tip: Rent car in Dominica - the best way to see and explore the island. ”

“Berkey himself is a gracious, helpful, and thoughtful host. His communications are excellent and once there, he will be there for you. He attends to details and has pride in this hideaway. It requires a walk up ~40 steep steps but once on top, your are in a beautiful valley with wildlife and jungle sounds. “Overall we loved it, though it would have been good to know that you can't drive to the hotel if you don't have a proper 4WD as it is located at the end of a long and steep tarished road. Luckily the hotel offers an transport service for the dirty road between 8am and 5pm.
They also offer food(preorder only) and drinks at the bar. The staff was very nice and always helpful. Our favourite was the weekday driver.
The cottage had a very nice kitchen unfortunately not much utensils in it...

Balcony was a perfect view of the ocean and we got a bird's eye view of ocean wildlife coming ashore in the morning at breakfast. "Mycket trevligt hotell, vi hade balkong vid havet, otrolig utsikt med vågornas brus i i rummet. Mycket trevligt rum. Servisen var överlag bra.
