âBooked with Hotels.com. Hotels.com gave my booking away to another company, Expedia. Breakfast was included in my bookingorder with Hotels.com.
Hotelstaff had all their information from Expedia, with breakfast not included.
Staff had no idea about the existens of Hotels.com.
Hotels.com should not give away my booking to another company, without letting me know.
If Expedia is the owner of Hotels or vice versa, is of no importance.

âIt is one of the best hotels in Manado. The room is spacious for a couple, and the location is close to other places like malls or restaurants. The staff are also friendly. â

âReception staff have limited English and took almost an hour to check us in as they were unable to find our booking in the system despite presenting the Expedia booking confirmation to them. Bed sheets were stained and there is a club nearby which doesnât stop making loud music so you donât get any sleep â
