Good apartment and decent location

Good location in Girona but no parking space
This is a decent apartment in a good location in Girona. It fit my family of 5 with my 16-year-old sleeping on the futon and met all our basic needs. The host was responsive to our questions during the stay like turning the heat on. One problem we had was there was no parking space even though it was advertised and I didn’t find out until right before our trip. We were able to find one free parking space down a lane a few blocks away and we left our car there. We were able to walk to the old town area and the market so didn’t have to move the car. The roof terrace had nice views but we didn’t use it because it was too cold. I would recommend the property to a family visiting the area.

Cool ! Un appartement citadin proche des plages de la Costa brava
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à girona. L’appartement est tout à fait appréciable car en famille, et après la plage, les deux salles de bains sont un vrai plus. L’appartement se situe à côté de magasin d’alimentation et de restaurations rapides. Donc pour faire à manger et ou se prendre quelque chose à manger en rentrant c’est très simple. Le séjour est spacieux et le balcon donnant sur le séjour également. Le terrasse a elle été appréciée par nos enfants. L’équipement dans la cuisine est super. Lave vaisselle et lave linge et même four ! La climatisation en plein été présente dans le salon a été aussi très appréciée de tous. Enfin, la communication avec yuki la propriétaire est très bonne, elle m’a renseigné dès que j’en ressentais le besoin et s’est rendue disponible à mes appels vocaux. Location was excellent & neighbourhood very safe.
Lovely accommodations but some minor repairs needed for showers & balcony blinds. Kitchen well stocked for cooking. Own.er was very prompt to respond from initial contact to final one. We would recommend this property as ideal for a visit to Girona. Thanks Yuki!

Nice apartment and helpful host
Yuki was a super helpful host and arranged for the caretaker to meet us at the apartment, even though we were quite late arriving. Having a car parking space right next to the lift was great as we were travelling with two young children. It was 38 degrees in Girona when we were there and as there hadn't been anyone in the flat before is it tool a while for the aircon to make any dent in the heat. There is only aircon in the living room so the bedrooms were always pretty hot so a couple more fans would have been great. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the evening and listening to the sounds of the city - the view is almost as good as the roof terrace so we didn't really use that. The apartment is a bit of a walk from the old part of town where the cathedral is, so just something to be aware if staying with kids, depending on how old or how good at walking they are. It took us about 20-25 minutes with our 5 year old walking and 2 year old in a pushchair as a guide. As a first city break with kids in tow the apartment worked really well for us. Perfect location to explore this amazing city!
Nice little apartment that was in an ideal location. Close enough to the city for our teenagers to head off on their own and explore - including using table tennis tables at nearby country park - but quiet location. Supermarket opposite was really handy and the parking space and roof garden were a real bonus. Yuki was excellent at communicating and responding to questions and there was lots of information about the local area in the flat. Had a great week! Thanks Yuki.

Lovely apartment
Me and my friends stayed there for 16 days, and we really enjoyed it! The apartment was nice and clean and their their was plenty of rooms for us. And when we were 7 girls it was very nice with two bathrooms. We loved the roof top and spent a lot of time there. I would really recommend this place :-) Lovely apartment!

We worried at the beginning as they are seven young people. But they are polite, easy to communicate and left the apartment very clean. Such a nice bunch. We are very happy to hear that they had nice time and enjoyed the good use of the roof.

Great apartment!
This apartment is clean, spacious with everything that you need on holiday. It is in a quiet location with easy access to Girona centre, about 15 minutes walk. Supermarket not even 5 minutes away. We had a great time and would recommend this to anyone.

Great Flat for exploring Girona and surrounding area
The property was clean and tidy, nicely decorated, and had plenty of room for 6 people. It was well situated with about a 15minute walk into the centre of Girona, but with the added advantage of relative peace and quiet for a city, with beautiful views of the hills for nightly sundowners. It has a secure car park and at all times as a family with youngish children we felt incredibly safe and relaxed. There is a good supermarket less than 2 minutes walk from the flat and a local park and swimming pool. The owner provides great support in terms of information / provision of keys etc. We hired a car for the week (which can be picked up from station about 5 minutes walk away) and I would highly recommend visiting the local beaches all of which are stunning. I would definitely recommend this flat to anyone and hope to visit again soon.

Helen and her family were easy going and very friendly guests. They seem very used to traveling much and for us there was no hustle at all. It was easy to communicate as well. They treated our apartment like their place and kept very clean. I would definitely welcome Helen and her family to us again and recommend them to any holiday accommodation owners.

Great location. Very tidy and nice apartment. Very convenient for the great city.
Booking with Yuki was a pleasure - very easy with great communication. Yuki made us feel very welcome and settled us in personally, which was a very nice touch. We had a lovely stay in this relatively quiet part of town. The apartment enabled us to relax even with two young kids. And I also have to say that if you have a car the apartment is very conveniently positioned for taking luggage in as the car parking space is right next to the lift and the apartment door is also right next to the lift so that made life even easier. We will definitely try and book again the next time we visit Girona. Thanks for a lovely stay, Yuki.
