A very short walk of just 800 meters takes you to the beautiful beach of Giulianova, known for its clean, shallow waters and well-equipped beach resorts. The train and bus stations are just 600 meters away, a huge advantage for those who want to get around easily or are traveling without a car. All essential services are located in the immediate vicinity of the property: various supermarkets, pharmacies, the post office, and several banks. Giulianova’s waterfront also features a wonderful bike path that is part of the picturesque “Adriatic Green Corridor,” ideal for walking or biking, as well as a wide selection of ice cream shops, stores, and excellent restaurants serving fresh seafood.
