“Made multiple attempts to email and call the property to see if we could get some sort of exception on the cancellation due to a bad wildfire smoke. I have a health condition that makes that dangerous for me. I never got a response or a refund.”

“We couldn’t have asked for anything more from our stay at winter wonderland suite. It was an easy ride from the airport and when we arrived, there was plenty of parking available. Check in was easy, we had no issues. The home is beautiful and very clean! Our room was perfect for two people equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed eating our lunches in the dinning area and the outside tables. 10/10 stay! Thank you for a wonderful experience! ”
