Hamptons on the Hudson in South Saugerties

Welcome to Hamptons on the Hudson. Throughout the year there are hiking and biking trails mins away, Woodstock's finest restaurants 20mins away, we are near Catskills, Hunter and Windham ski mountains all under an hour away.
Our home has four bedrooms, 3.5 bath, Livingroom, dinning room, kitchen, and a bar area leading in to the outdoor fireplace, heated pool (Memorial Day through Labor Day weekend) and hot tub (all year).
You will be a 10mins ride way from the historic village of Saugerties, Adams Farmers Market will be your go to for groceries, and for dinning you will be close to Kingston, Rhinebeck, and Woodstock.

No shoes in the house. No events. No loud noise past 8pm. Music in pool area must be kept low so the neighbors do not call the authorities.
Guest is responsible for filling grill gas tank and light cleaning of food particles and covering the grill after use.

Hot tub circuit breaker kicked off and the jets were not strong. Contacts host about it.Some TV’s would not turn on.Outdoor string lights did not work in some spots.Outdoor fireplace was not stocked with wood,… although logs were found in the garage… unfortunately after I purchased my own log bundles.Aside from this, the house was lovely and had everything we needed.

We went to the area to visit historical sites, tour the mansions and walk around Rhinebeck and Kingston. We were two adult couples so the house layout with two beautiful king bedrooms with bathrooms worked out perfectly for us. The house was exactly as described and seen in pictures. Very nicely decorated and perfectly cleaned. The house is at the end of dead end street so it was extremely quiet and private. Great for sleeping. We didn’t use the bottom bedroom floor with the two other bedrooms. The only thing we did noticed is it smelled musty down there. The owners did have dehumidifiers going. We dumped the bucket while we were there. The owner, Sami, communicated well and gave recommendations. It’s a beautiful place. We would stay again if we were in the area. Thank you Sami!

House is ideal for large groups. In addition to wonderful pool and hot tub there are several large seating areas where everyone can gather. In evening there ‘s an outdoor fireplace with seating for 10…pretty magical! House is at end of a quiet street and has very nice landscaping. Furnishings are chateau-like with many luxurious finishes. Walking trail to Hudson River available. If you’re into equestrian events, check out HITS in Saugerties a top flight show facility with jumpers. Across the street from HITS is an exciting go-kart track with FAST cars. Also, batting cages and mechanical bull!My only quibble is that two of the bedrooms are downstairs, partially below grade, and there is a faint musty smell. Upstairs bedrooms each have sumptuous bathrooms and walk-in closets that are quite luxurious. All in all a superior, very comfortable home.

Everything about our stay was wonderful! The house is beautiful and clean and the host was communicative and kind. The pool is amazing and we especially loved the outdoor fireplace area! Our pup loved the fenced-in yard! I actually redecorated my own house when I got home using inspo from this house! Can't wait to go back!!!!

I had my 3 sons stay over n my 4 th day tripped from nearby. The pool was a big hit especially with 5 grandkids 8 n under. Went to the town park n went fishing with my grandson. Visited BigPink n the lighthouse. Great time. Sami was very responsive to any questions I had.

Great for Girls Weekend

Super cute and clean property perfect for a girls weekend! Hot tub was lovely, the pool was not open/ they had several pool cleaning services come over the weekend. But the host was great with communication and very responsive! Would definitely recommmed

Clean, big, accurate listing!

The house is exactly as listed, and was perfect for our trip. Check in was easy and quick, and we were very impressed.The hot tub had a few issues, which we asked about and the next morning were told that it had been damaged by previous renters. Overall, a great stay in a clean house.

Amazing Stay with thoughtful host!

Chose this beautiful home for my best friend’s Bachelorette party, and it was such a wonderful experience from start to finish. Anyone who has ever had to plan a party knows how complicated the process can be, but this was the easiest experience. Sami was really great at communicating and answering my 100 questions, and was really understanding of our requests. We would absolutely stay here again and have already started planning a return trip!

Perfect Getaway-Exceeded Expectations!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Vrbo! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and seamless experience, providing clear instructions and even thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home.The location was perfect—close enough to attractions and restaurants but still peaceful and private. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the outdoor space was a fantastic bonus. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and the little extras that made our trip special like the various coffees. This was truly one of the best Vrbo experiences we’ve ever had, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, hassle-free getaway!
