Hello. Thank you for taking the time to rate and provide us with some feed back from your stay. Room temperatures are controlled at the reception area, where are reception is open 24 hours, if reception had been informed we would of been able to help you with that issue. The extras for the hotel are listed online before booking and are again listed at the reception area. We apologise that you had issues during your stay but hope you do give the hotel a second chance and stay with us again in the near future. Kind regards
