Dear Magnus, Having won Hotel of the Year at the Hotel Awards merely a few weeks ago, we feel we are doing well but are always open to suggestions as this is what helps us to grow our business. Normally we are praised for breakfast as we supply a cold continental buffet as well as various hot breakfast options on the menu, all included in the cost.We do let our guests know from the start of their journey with the welcome letter that take away food is not permitted in the hotel as we do have a 24 hour menu and there are also quite a few restaurants within a short distance of the hotel. To address a couple of your points, we do not provide bath mats, however, a small towel is provided to be used on the floor for this purpose. The way the hotel was built, the bathroom fans are on constantly, however, with the bathroom door shut, you should not be able to hear the fan.
