Excellent location near the city centre and near St Enoch Subway station. The building and my studio were clean, modern, neat, spacious and excellent. I enjoyed my stay and recommend this place.

Communication with the staff checking in and out was great, really lovely and helpful. Room was clean with great facilities, shampoo and conditioner in the shower as well as shower gel, huge soft towels. Bed really comfortable. Location is very central & would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

I would stay again, and will, but the room had no plug in the sink which a number of gnat flies came from. When I informed the host, they were apologetic and said they would inspect the room. I have stayed here before and this is the only occasion this has happened

It was worst experience ever, my room on the back was facing garbage and homeless people and smelling so bad.As I was sick asked to change my room but reception denied. Bed was so dirty and also reception people was smoking every time I sawthem, in front door and whole building smells like cigarettes that they used strong perfume to remove it. They hygiene was disgusting as they refilled with cheaper products instead of the same brand.

Very central clean and well kept property . Check in was a bit clunky but once we accessed the property it was fine. We received an email with a contact number before check in. Multi storey Parking nearby was £24 for 24 hrs and had EV charging. I would happily stay there again

Second stay since it became Vcity and this one was much better. Stayed in room 106 which can be a little noisy earlier in the evening but fine for sleep. No issues with the room or facilities. Communication with host good.

Can’t complain about the property, was exactly like pictures on website. It’s handy for the city centre. Unfortunately there was a big gang of coloured youths directly outside the property and I saw drug dealing going on all day and night. The gang hovered around, on and off, until around 5am,shouting and playing football. It was a very restless and sleepless night. The property is great but the noise would put me off staying again.

Several issues with the booking and stay mean we would not return. We booked for four days, but the £100 security deposit still had not been released four weeks later despite multiple follow-ups. This has significantly undermined our confidence in the vendor. The room was not cleaned during our stay, and no fresh towels were provided. More seriously, the owner entered our room unannounced one morning without knocking, which we found alarming and unacceptable. Make of that what you will. The building was frequently noisy, with suspected migrant families making noise throughout the day. The surrounding area also felt unsafe, with groups of youths gathering outside and what appeared to be anti-social behaviour and drug activity. We saw several arrests each day and a somewhat limited Police presence. Entering via the access code could leave us waiting outside, which was particularly uncomfortable. Overall, the lack of housekeeping, unresolved deposit, privacy breach, noise and security concerns left us very disappointed. We would not recommend this accommodation, particularly to families, and advise choosing somewhere else.

The curtain on a huge window next to the bed was missing, which meant I had an awful sleep. I let the hotel know in the morning via WhatsApp (how they have previously communicated with me) and they didn't bother to answer. My room (102) backed onto a back street which was noisy at night and in the early morning. Good points: Location is ok-ish, central but on a square where people hang about where you could feel intimidated with kids/older family members. Check in process worked but was very clunky - when the property was run by Sonder it was 100% better. In fact thats the case for everything, never had any issues until VCity took over and I've stayed there a few times.
