âI had an excellent stay at the Williamstown Motel. The owner Rocky and his family were thoughtful and welcoming, and able to accommodate my late arrival. The room was cool and clean, and parking was easy. I would certainly stay here again if I am in the area.â
âWhen first approaching the property my initial thought was â oh boy, I paid a lot for this!â The outside appeared small and old but everything else about it was great. Clean, very friendly front desk people, quiet, comfortable. The room was updated and had great water pressure in the shower, spacious room and very comfortable beds.

âWe arrived after 7 pm and it turned out had reserved the room for Wednesday night instead of Monday night. A person associated with the restaurant which was closed on Monday, helped us. He called in to the staff and checked us into a room. Everything went so smoothly and it could have been last minute looking for a different motel.

âVery nice place in lovely Manchester. Picked the hotel because it has pool and the kids love that, especially when it is as hot as it was this day.
But we were told that the pool pump was broken since several days and the front desk didnât seem to care at all about it or that we were disappointed. Not so serviceminded.
