“This property has maintenance issues. That was apparent from the moment we arrived. One of the two elevators had a misleading handwritten sign stating the elevator was out of service and that "the tech is on the way". The sign was up the entire time and there was only one (very slow) elevator. The TV didn't work in our room. Another guest in a room nearby apologized in advance if he makes a lot of noise slamming his door. He said it didn't shut properly otherwise. There were also multiple lights...

“Absolutely zero complaints about the hotel/property. The ONLY thing was, and it wasn’t the end of the world, but the water pressure wasn’t amazing. I have long, thick, curly hair - I was able to rinse it, just took a while. It was my first time to Texas/Houston area and I would definitely go back”

“Property was under construction. Was not mention when booked. Elevators didnt work and we were place on the 4th floor with a handicapped person in our party. Definitely not ADA compiant. Construction was going on in the next room over. Construction materials covered alot of the parking lot so could not park close to building.”

“Fint hotell.Rent, trevlig service. Möjlighet till tvättmaskin. Utifrån hållbarhet var det bra att de inte per automatik bytte handdukar eller städade rummen "i onödan" utan endast vid behov. Däremot var det bara plast och frigolit, engångsartiklar vid frukosten. Det drar ner betyget för hållbarhet. Annars var själva frukostbuffen mycket bra med flera alternativ! ”

“New property, staff was friendly and helpful. There is no elevator, just 2 sets of stairs. The room has a fridge and microwave as well as an ice bucket but there are no ice machines on the property. There is a washer and dryer, very expensive $4 per load. Water pressure is very soft. A/C was good, blew cold!! For the area, it was a decent stay for needing close to the ballpark.”

“Roaches. Just roaches. I thought it was going to be nice because i read the reviews and they were fine. There was a roach on the restroom , one on the bed when trying to sleep & bed bugs. Just nasty.”

“Mala atención en la recepción no querían aceptar que teníamos el desayuno incluido. Nunca hicieron la habitación en los 3 días que estuvimos que su política es solamente recoger la basura cada 2 dias y si queríamos toallas limpias bajáramos a la recepción Muy desagradable no tener la cama limpia”
