âThis house is PERFECT! The location is great; right by a marina, just outside of town but super close to everything in town. Loved the layout of the house and it was super spacious. The backyard was great with a lot of room. Rooms and bed were super comfortable. Garage space is amazing. I had a few questions and accommodations that I asked the host/property management and she was quick to respond and very nice. Highly recommend!â

âA great property to hangout and enjoy company. We brought our family, 10 people and 2 Corgis, and enjoyed Thanksgiving! The property was exactly as described, and even a little better! The Hot Tub, Sauna, hoops, pool table, ping pong, numerous TVâs, and spacious rooms allow for incredible relaxation. â

âThe house was new and really nice. A ton of stairs and some windows didnât have window coverings but other then that I would recommend this home. Close to lake Powell. The spa was nice and big. â
