Terrible Experience
Upon entry to the condo we were greeted with the smell of sewage. Vacasa is the property management company responsible for the maintenance and upkeep. I reached out to Vacasa and no one was able to get back to me for 15-16 hours. We had to sleep with the windows open because the odor was so bad. This situation was only made worse by the fact that the house had no blankets as I also reported to Vacasa in multiple texts and phone calls. An operator told me that I was going to have to still pay for the one night that we spent with the stench of sewage and no blankets. There are no dressers and the dishes and glasses were foggy and stained. This place is poorly maintained and living room furniture and carpets throughout place are filthy and gray (should be white). If you’re looking for a frat house experience look no further. I can’t see how somebody would let their kids walk around inside. Christmas vacation ruined.

Very poor maintenance, disappointing quality
Was expecting basic accomodations for the price but the home was so poorly maintained it was disappointing. Dishwasher had a laminated sign on it that said 'out of order' but that was not disclosed to us before arrival. Disposal wasn't working. Several light bulbs burned out, towel bars missing in upstairs 1/2 bath, had holes in wall were anchors had been. Carpet downstairs hallway and stairs were filthy, you could see the dirt track down center. Bedrooms downstairs were so damp carpet and towels felt wet. Toilet paper and tissues felt wet all the time. Sheets didn't appear to be fully dried before being put on beds. Nice location but property was so poorly maintained it was not comfortable. Bare bones at best No personal touches or decoration. No welcome book or instructions for the home, just labels stuck up all around. Disappointing.

Very private
The house was clean, as were the beds. After spending 1day at Storyland and another Santa’s Village we all slept quite well with room darkening shades. The kids felt like they were sleeping in caves!

A Quiet Place to Rest
This was a nice little spot in a quiet neighborhood and located just near Jackson. The location was good with just a quick little drive to North Conway or Jackson. It winter months you will need a good car with 4WD. The patio was a nice feature and lots of seating, but overall may not have been the best choice for my mother and I who has some issues getting around with the multiple split-level stairs. It was also a bit chilly with no warm blankets, but I believe that snuck up on us so they may not have changed things out for the upcoming winter. Again, overall standard house with a quiet place to rest your head.

Nice house in great location
The property is exactly as described. Very well stocked kitchen. Nice spacious outdoor deck to grill and hang out. We had a great time there and would go again.

AT trip
Nice, quiet location with good to access AT and other trails. Good dog walking area with very little traffic. Deck with grill = nice dinners! A few throw rugs on the upper level carpet and a dehumidifier in the lower level would have gotten 4-5 stars.

Great spot for a ski weekend!
Enjoyed our time! Beds are super comfortable, plenty of space for 4. Close to lots skiing. Brought our pup as well. Would definitely stay there again. If you’re going in the winter, 4wd is required. The roads are steep and windy

Stained carpet, spiders
Couldn’t figure out the AC for 2 days. Killed 6 spiders in bathroom and watched them crawl under the baseboard. The carpet was filthy and we have a crawling baby so I had to cover the entire living room with bedding. Would not recommend. We chose this off of reviews and were very disappointed.

Zero 'host' support / poor value. Upon arrival it was 21 degrees outside and 55 in the cabin. No clue how to turn anything on. No instructions, guides, narratives, etc...nothing was provided to help you understand key items like the heater, TV, cable, fireplace, etc... Ended up calling Expedia/Vacasa (no local or owner contact details provided) and spent the first few hours of our vacation dealing with the situation. We felt like this was an experiment by rookie owners. We felt a bit cheated. Can you use the fire place? Can you get Cable TV? Is it lipstick on a pig? The thermostat keep resetting to 55 degrees (I believe it is a Nest and the owner can control remotely). I feel this was a location that was under construction. Too much looked incomplete. I'm assuming the wooden furniture was hurriedly put into place because while trying to get the heat to work, I noticed burn marks on the back of the nightstand placed up against the floor heaters in the kids room. Seems like a red flag to me. I moved the furniture slightly away from the heaters. I can only assume the pictured looked nice or my spouse was tired of looking and she booked. There are a few positives - full kitchen, ample parking, hot water, clean, one and a half bathrooms, ample lighting, small grocery store 5 mins away and a few more. I would not recommend until Owner embraces being a 'host' better or charges a rate equal to what you get.

Beautiful little getaway
My family of four booked a last minute long weekend getaway at this lovely home. It was very clean & organized and had everything you could possibly need. It is in a great location near many shops and restaurants yet also in a lovely and quiet neighborhood where you can relax and cook some burgers on the grill. I would highly recommend this rental and would love to stay here again!

Long weekend stay
The property was charming and overall clean. The carpets are pretty gross, and the only reason that stands out is that we travelled with our 6 year old twins and they tend to be on the floor a ton. The rooms were great, nice and dark for sleeping and the beds were very comfortable. The wood stove heats the first floor beautifully and the cozy atmosphere was perfect for a long family weekend. We had a great time!

Don't Miss This One!
This getaway was perfect in many ways. Airy, light-filled and uncluttered open living room and kitchen; clean as a whistle in all rooms - baths and kitchen; very comfortable, better-than-most mattresses; ample linens and towels; a REAL wood stove with plenty of easy burning seasoned wood; and quiet location but with easy access to N. Conway, Barlett and the Jackson areas. (Was there for hiking and snow-shoeing) Brought my dog and although I'm sure there had been other four-footed guests prior, it did not smell of pets nor look worn from their presence. I was particulary struck by the owners' attention to detail - new wire storage bins (with the tags still on them!) for odds and ends in the bedrooms; a plush over-size dog bed; ottomans in the LR whose tops reversed to become needed tray tops for the nachos and margaritas; lots of extra condiments in the cabinets (need some Flour for a coating?); higher-end newer, matching pots and pans; every kitchen utensil known to man (and woman); drawers and cabinets that were labeled with contents (they must work for P-touch :); and even an organized, thoughtful "junk drawer" where I found my needed duct tape. I think it's important to realize that the add-on expenses for cleaning, pets etc can add notably to the posted daily rate but for us it was worth it. Don't miss this one!

Another Great Winter Weekend in Bartlett
We had another fun weekend at this property for MLK weekend. We were here last year as well. The house is very clean, has everything you need for your home away from home. The kitchen is well-stocked with plenty of spices, pots, pans, dishes, etc. There is a real wood-burning stove with lots of nicely-seasoned wood for cozy snowy nights. The beds are comfortable. The only reason I subtracted a star is because 1. there is only streaming TV which was a pain when we wanted to watch the football playoff games. 2. The rugs could use a good cleaning. And 3. because there was an issue with the heat (a Mitsubishi Wall Unit) on a particularly cold morning which required that we stay home the good part of a day waiting for the heating contractors to arrive to fix it. They were quick once they arrived. But it was a bit of an inconvenience. The folks at Pinkham Real Estate were very responsive and called the owners, who quickly called the heating contractors. We understand these things happen. It's part of being a property owner. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to coming back again.

Quiet Retreat Nestled Close to Nature Adventures
The home is on a private hill, allowing for a quiet escape, while also a short drive from outdoor adventures. Earl was very responsive and helpful, taking time to help us learn the area. The home is cozy with a lovely deck and view, a well equipped kitchen, and a rustic aesthetic.

Perfect way to spend the weekend!
We have been coming up north for 18 years and never seen a bear and we come to this place and it's the first thing we see, it's a very peaceful area with easy access to everything.

Nice, clean and easy!
Last minute weekend to NH with pets can be tough. This booking was easy, the mgmt team was responsive and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised at how cute the house was. It was simple but it was a relaxing tree lined little spot. There were six of us - 2 being kids, and the home fit us perfectly. Thanks for a good stay!

Comfy, clean, and super organized!!
Such a cute place! My family and I stayed here last weekend for a ski trip and it was perfect! There was no looking around for items. Everything was labeled and in place. The upstairs was one large room so it was easy to socialize, even while making meals. I would definitely recommend this place. Short drive to so many places!

Cozy House in the Heart of the White Mountains
We very much enjoyed our stay at this cozy house in Bartlett. It was extremely clean, with three comfortable bedrooms, updated furniture in the living room, and an inviting wood stove. Four of us and one dog had plenty of room to relax and cook hearty meals in the well-stocked kitchen. While we were there, a snow storm dumped almost two feet of snow and the temperatures plunged to zero, but we stayed warm by the roaring fire made possible with plenty of nicely-seasoned wood. One thing to note is that there is no cable or satellite but they have Roku and a Smart TV with access to other streaming channels like Netflix and Hulu (if you have an account with those services). With a little research we were able to figure out how to watch both playoff football games by logging in to our Xfinity account. There is plenty to do in the area and we enjoyed snowshoeing at the nearby 100 Acre Woods, and a winter walk around Thorne Pond, followed by a fabulous farm-to-table dinner at the extraordinary Thompson House Eatery in Jackson. Our weekend went by far too quickly. We would definitely return to this house again!
