- No storing trash outside, or leaving food in your vehicle (there are bears in the neighborhood)
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years old
- I am typically available via the app between 7am-9pm

Pet Policy:
- Maximum of 1 house trained, well behaved dog
- Cats are not permitted
- Dog must be disclosed and fee paid at booking
- Dog may not be left unattended
- No dogs on furniture or beds
- $150 pet fee per stay

Guest access

Guests have the entire chalet to themselves, including the balcony, patio, carport, front and back yard. Free Wi-Fi, private parking, and convenient self-check-in ensure a smooth and comfortable stay.

For a fee, our guests can access the indoor heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, and seasonal outdoor pool at the Christmas Farm Inn, 3 miles down the road in Jackson. Day passes are $20/person, or $50/family.
