“We arrived prior to Check-in and had young kids. The front desk was nice enough to allow us pool access which helped greatly on a rainy day. However some of the pool area walls were under construction currently which took away from full potential of the area, but will look better in the future. “This is one of the worst hotels I ever stayed in. If you’re thinking about staying here I would recommend you to reconsider. Our room hadn’t been cleaned. When we immediately talked to the reception about that they sent some kind of manager who just wiped the kitchen counter. But the crumbles all over the floor and the dirty bath tub wasn’t taken care of. We complained about this lack of cleaning two times after that and all they did was to make the bed, 24 hours after we checked in. ”

“As you approach the property you see an unkept yard with broken down vehicles. Our luxury studio had large trash cans in front and 2 rusty boats. Our view from the room faced a cluttered backyard with a rusty tractor, railroad tracks, then the beautiful lake.
