âExcellent stay at Silver Birch. The bed was extremely comfy and the tree house was really well equipped and well furnished. Hot tub was lovely to appreciate the views.
Only minor points we would make would be the shower was a little disappointing compared to how luxurious everything else was. Also the spiral stairs to the hot tub felt quite loose, not the safest option. â
âWe had a lovely time at the Glen Clova hotel, it's set in beautiful scenery and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The food was very tasty and our room was very quiet. Only thing I would ask for is mineral water in the room because both taps in the bathroom were running warm water so we couldn't pour a glass from there.â

"The staff were not service minded at all. We couldnât make a dinner reservation despite the restaurant not being fully booked. The bill was given to us without us asking for it. The food was awful, it was served within 5 minutes leaving us assuming it was ready made and warmed in the microwave. We ordered two drinks in the bar and was served one half full and the other full. I would have expected the half full to at least have been topped up to a full drink or the bartender should have made a new drink. The hotel itself is stunning and so is the surrounding area so itâs a shame that service and food were so bad. "
