“We had a nice stay at this hotel. The personel were helpful and friendly, the room was nice but maybe a little sparsly equipped. The pool was very nice as well as the breakfast.”

“Had the kind bed room with sleeper sofa! Didn’t have any bed sheets or pillows for the sleeper sofa. Went downstairs to all for blankets and pillows and was told he would have to find some. Eventually he brought us blankets but said there were no pillows. The hotel was not very clean and kind of smelled musty! Breakfast was decent.”

“Stephanie is absolutely delightful! Wonderful knowledge of the community and the history of Oaklawn Inn and Menominee in general. This is a charming and thoughtful bed-and-breakfast. Speaking of breakfast… it was great! A special bonus is the large wraparound screen porch with lots of comfortable seating. We will be back in September and we’re going to book now. ”

“When we first drove by the property appeared abandoned. We could see junk piled in windows, overgrown lawn/weeds, and trash all over by the side and back entrances. When we went inside to check in the lady at the desk said "can i help you?" I let her know I had a reservation and she rolled her eyes and sat down. I gave her my name, she printed a paper, slapped it down, didn't say a word, handed me cards, and turned and walked outside to smoke. We found our room and determined we should move our...

“I didn't have a working telephone in my room, and I told them about it. No shower in the pool area, had to walk back to the room to shower, but had to leave towel there at pool. Hot tub didn't have jets, it was just warm water. Short breakfast hours. Only old oranges for fruit. No soap in the dispenser in the shower. But I was pleased that they had a Bible in the room.”

“All vending machines out of order, no elevator to reach second floor. Had to carry luggage up stairs. Don’t think they have a pool, if they do, I wasn’t told where it was. The online pictures are not what it actually is. Sorta reminds me of a rent by the hour motel you see in the movies. Won’t be going back there again.”

“We stayed from July 1st to the 5th. Everything was perfect when we arrived. When we tried the television it wasn’t set up properly. We received help; management came and the only way we could use it was to have 2 remotes. We had trouble several times and had to call. Management was never able to set up with one remote. Staying 5 days with 3 people, our room was never cleaned; we had to ask every day for more towels, soap, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner, or we got them ourselves. Waste...
