Detta mysiga 4 sovrum, 4 badrum har precis rätt mängd utrymme för alla att vara tillsammans, men ändå inte trångt. Vardagsrummet är öppet mot köket / matsalen för en perfekt samlingsplats för alla. Däcket ut bakåt har en turbo twist medföljande bild för en rolig resa från däcket till marken nedan. Det har också festljus som du kan anpassa färgerna efter ditt humör. På bakdäcket finns en skärmad veranda för skydd mot värme och sol. Det finns en liten garageport av glas som öppnas mellan köket och den skärmad verandan för enkel servering och konversation. Det finns två mästare. Det första sovrummet är nere och har en king size-säng och privat badrum. Den 2: a Mästaren är på övervåningen och har också en king size-säng och privat badrum. Det tredje sovrummet har två queen-sängar, och det fjärde sovrummet är ett våningssäng rum med två uppsättningar drottning över drottning våningssängar (för totalt 4 drottningar). Loftet har en inställning område och TV, plus de konvertibla soffor gör ut i sängar också. Det finns en stor
 fullt bad från loftet som inkluderar en tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Det finns ytterligare ett badrum nere nära köket. Alla rum har TV såväl som vardagsrum, loft och avskärmad veranda.

We had a wonderful family holiday get together! There was lots of room to spread out, and the home was very well-stocked. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and silverware for a crowd, and there were plenty of towels and extra bedding. Having 4 bathrooms and a washer/dryer on both floors was a big plus. The swings by the fire pit were a popular spot, and the river was so peaceful. The hosts were friendly and responsive, and the check-in/out process was very easy. Thanks for a great stay!

This place is fantastic! Very clean, kitchen well stocked, games for the kids, two washers and dryers, plenty of towels, and incredible location. The host was super. She responded quickly when we had questions. We will definitely return.

Relaxing Getaway

The Farm House lived up to its reputation! 5 star experience. We loved the immediate wow factor walking in. It was so beautiful yet so simple. We loved how they decorated but it was simple enough where you can set up your items on the counters etc. Some places have so much stuff/breakable items that it’s hard to relax with a family. This place is perfect for families, adult trips. It truly accommodates all ages. I wish we had known about this place when we had babies. They had it set up so nice to accommodate even babies. We had a crew with us their ages were 3,5,7,9,10,and 11 we also had 4 adults. Everyone enjoyed the Farmhouse from the cool slide to the swings close by the river. Not to mention the game room entertainment for night time. The river even though it was low we still got to enjoy rafting down it. We had a list of top houses to stay at on the Caddo River. I am so grateful we chose the Farmhouse. It truly has the best outdoor set up and the house is fantastic. We were very pleased with the Farmhouse. We hope to return again! Thanks for making our vacation relaxing! Don’t think twice just book the farmhouse!

Quality Family Time

From age 7 to 82, we enjoyed our stay immensely! Great little town and easy drive to Hot Springs and Lake Ouachita! We loved hanging out in the Caddo River right outside the house, as well as playing games inside. We hope to come back next year!

A wonderful 5 days on the river!

A lovely well appointed house on the river. Loved the screened in porch and the bunk room was a hit with the kids. The owners were wonderful and very accommodating and answered all requests and questions very quickly and generously! We hope to go back next year!

The house was perfect and exactly as stated! There was plenty of room for our group of 3 families with plenty to do. Lisa made sure to make this house very accommodating and thought of tons of little homey features to add. Very pleased and will be back!

Best Family Christmas!!!

The Farmhouse is our favorite place on the Caddo. Accommodations are excellent. Outdoor space is very spacious. Loved the new fire pit and swings. It was very cold. We are hoping to come during warm weather on our next family outing. Overall a great place!

Perfect Labor Day weekend!

Great place on the river

This is our 3rd year to stay at the Farmhouse. We love everything about it, the fact that the stairs are not so high or excessive and all the new additions. Just a couple of things that would really add to the total enjoyment, several flyswatters and a second refrigerator! Something that could be put on the screened in deck that would help with the extra food, drinks and ice storage. Not to mention cutting down on how many times you have to go in and out of the house to help with the fly situation. Anytime we come to the Caddo river the Farmhouse is our place to stay.

Highly recommend!

We stayed at The Farmhouse with friends and family to get away & celebrate my 30th birthday! The house was perfect for our group & very clean! They responded very quickly when I messaged asking questions and added a night to our stay with no problem at all. We had no problems at all with the stay! Only advice I have is bring something for flies because they were everywhere!

Great house!

Thanksgiving on the Caddo

We had a wonderful stay at the Farmhouse. We comfortably housed seven adults and 10 children. The kitchen was stocked so well that making Thanksgiving dinner was easy. The fire pit was great and the grounds were perfect for kids and adults to run around and play. Lisa is very communicative and always responds promptly. It was a great trip and we look forward to going back!

Perfect Family Gathering

What a wonderful home on the river for your family to gather. Peaceful and loved the river view. We were able to watch our grandkids from the deck as they played. The house is fully stocked with everything you can think of and the cleanest VRBO we have stayed in. Six adults and 3 kids we all had plenty of room for privacy , as well as areas to enjoy being together. The kitchen was big enough for all of us to help with our meals. The screened in porch we played cards and worked puzzles and each night we enjoyed the fire pit to make smores. Be sure and bring a float to go down the river its beautiful and easy to jump right in. The Farmhouse at Glenwood, Arkansas

I am happy to write another review of our stay at The Farmhouse.🤗. This is an AMAZING property with plenty of room inside and out. The property gradually slopes to the water, where everyone enjoyed the “pool” of water before gentle rapids to the river. The yard area was large enough for the yard games we brought (the owners provide some as well). There is also a fire pit and wood provided. Our family fished, grilled, floated, waded and splashed, had plenty of room indoors and outdoors to play family games, sleeping accommodations were wonderful, cooking accommodations were more than adequate, for a large family we could not have asked for more to make our stay memorable. Honestly, the owners thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. THE OWNERS: nicest people to deal with. Rapid response to emails, texts, and even late night phone calls from a lost lady. ☺️ They sent all needed information in a timely manner. And The Farmhouse is “you get what you see” on the website and even more!!! Our family will definitely be back!!!

Wonderful Time on the River
